| 1 | What the rest of Reddit thinks of youYet you need a gimmick like banning people who don't even know or care about your subreddit to get people to subscribe to it? I think it merely gives your subreddit a bad reputation. The subscription numbers haven't changed significantly so why are you sacrificing the integrity of your site to catch the smallest handful of subscribers? | /r/MensRights | 10/12/10 08:01 PM |
| 2 | What the rest of Reddit thinks of youMan, it used to be that a subreddit got popular because it had good content or was insightful. That works too, though. | /r/MensRights | 10/12/10 10:14 AM |
| 1 | You want equality and quotas for women in Congress, on Boards of Directors, in wages, in science? Fine. Are you also ok with equality in healthcare spending? In sentencing of crimes? In child custody? In Selective Service? Quotas for dangerous, difficult jobs? Quotas in education? Why not? This is a great reason to not wildly attack women as crazy psycho bitches. Such incomplete abuse therapy is detrimental to both men and women; nobody ends up happy. If you take a positive approach and support the appropriate therapy for both women and men, then maybe we'll get somewhere. I agree with you to some extent about the incomplete abuse therapy, but I actually see a higher proportion of 'bitter men' because they frequently do not get therapy at all (for some reasons you cited) and vent … | /r/MensRights | 04/10/10 06:34 PM |

In child custody? In Selective Service? Quotas for dangerous, difficult jobs? Quotas in education? Why not?You say They learn to hate their ex, but they don't learn that women are all vicious man hating bitches... then The same isn't true of female abuse survivors So apparently you learned the women are all vicious man hating bitches. And you also learned to be bitter about it, judging by your inflammatory language. Don't generalize these support groups and personal experiences. Perhaps you have personally experienced what you described, but where I live, that train of thought seems outdated and look… | /r/MensRights | 02/10/10 11:18 PM |

In child custody? In Selective Service? Quotas for dangerous, difficult jobs? Quotas in education? Why not?I'm all for men's support groups, but making them incredibly woman-hating and negative doesn't really help their case. Let's try to set a good example, eh? Otherwise it's just a malicious and ineffective battle between cats and dogs. | /r/MensRights | 02/10/10 10:55 PM |

In child custody? In Selective Service? Quotas for dangerous, difficult jobs? Quotas in education? Why not?Why did you specify victims of spousal abuse? Men are equally bitter towards women if they've been wronged similarly. | /r/MensRights | 02/10/10 06:07 PM |
| -1 | Comments from a man who restored his foreskin, and the effect it has had on his relationship with his wife.Maybe you are an asshole. | /r/MensRights | 27/08/10 11:40 PM |
| 3 | Single men and women should receive the same tax benefits and penalties as married couples. No one should be punished being asexual or uninterested in marriage. They don't need tax incentives to fuck, they need tax incentives to stay together. Promiscuity is pretty common and doesn't give you tax benefits. Owning up and raising the kid as two parents is less common and should give you tax benefits for actually being accountable. | /r/MensRights | 27/08/10 11:30 PM |
| 5 | Say hello to the new r/MaleStudies sub-reddit!If it's all or mostly cross-posting, that's just a failure as a subreddit. "I couldn't handle the bigger subreddit or get enough upvotes or be intellectual enough, so I made a smaller almost identical subreddit where I could be in charge." | /r/MensRights | 07/06/10 02:07 AM |
| 7 | Say hello to the new r/MaleStudies sub-reddit!I was really confused. I had no idea who he was and what the subreddit was and I get this message. Of course, now I know what it is and now I know that I have to troll it. Thanks, tomek77! (On a serious note, if I feel the need to make an argument, I could just use an alternate account. The upside for me is that you can't 'trace' it to me to blame as a 'crazy feminist' because you banned my username which I would have used normally. Also, what was the point of that? I didn't care until you banne… | /r/MensRights | 07/06/10 01:59 AM |
| 13 | Feminist trolls on /MRI don't believe that's what a feminist is. What you're asking for is a men victimizing circlejerk. | /r/MensRights | 06/06/10 09:40 PM |
| 9 | Feminist trolls on /MRA lot of subreddits have bee hijacked by the 'opposing team; for example, r/Christianity seems to have been hijacked by atheists. Any opinionated-type subreddit is going to be susceptible to hijacking, but a banfest is not the answer. sub-subreddits are useful, as are continuing recruitment to this subreddit and continuing conversation here. I think there's actually a lot of trolling from both sides here, tbh, so the hostility is fueled both ways. | /r/MensRights | 06/06/10 09:39 PM |
| 1 | Guy gets taken advantage by another guy while drunk. Reddit commences with the "hey at least you got a free blowjob" comments, instead of treating him like the almost-rape victim he is.So you don't have to be a troll or an idiot (well..) to have certain opinions about rape. You can just be extremely enthusiastic about men's rights. | /r/MensRights | 31/05/10 07:06 AM |
| 0 | Guy gets taken advantage by another guy while drunk. Reddit commences with the "hey at least you got a free blowjob" comments, instead of treating him like the almost-rape victim he is.Men's Rights kind of guys are getting a lot more common nowadays. | /r/MensRights | 31/05/10 05:41 AM |
| 10 | Guy gets taken advantage by another guy while drunk. Reddit commences with the "hey at least you got a free blowjob" comments, instead of treating him like the almost-rape victim he is.Wait, but I hear a lot of Men's Rights-type people saying it is the girl's fault for not being accountable for herself and not "truly resisting" because she 'actually enjoyed it' or something similar. As a result, a lot of girls who go through this guy's situation have to shrug and deal with it themselves. Also, the most upvoted comments are (at least now) the "dude, you've been sexually assaulted" ones. So that's cleared up, now let's treat chicks that way too I guess. The one 'advantage' this … | /r/MensRights | 31/05/10 05:40 AM |
| 2 | A woman who gets it (originally posted in /r/gaming)The funny thing is, she sounds like a brand of attention whore herself. | /r/MensRights | 10/04/10 08:05 PM |
| 4 | Mother who deliberately starved her child to death, even though the house was well stocked with food, and severely beat her other children, is cleared of murder. Well, she was suffering from depression.Definitely not a gender issue. Good on your for promoting the (generally correct) image of Men's Rights being as neurotic or moreso than the feminist subreddits. | /r/MensRights | 25/02/10 11:47 PM |
| 3 | Mother who deliberately starved her child to death, even though the house was well stocked with food, and severely beat her other children, is cleared of murder. Well, she was suffering from depression. She was mentally ill, too. I'm sure many very depressed people would not do this. I'd go as far to say most do not. This isn't even related to the issue at hand. | /r/MensRights | 25/02/10 11:46 PM |
| 1 | Cunt, whore, slut. These words are meant to offend. If someone is offended by them, then they are used as intended.I don't think women care that much when they're used as swear words. I'm sure plenty do, and they baffle me too. The uproar is more against casual use, which is surprisingly common, which denotes a general feeling that women are inferior. | /r/MensRights | 25/01/10 05:14 PM |
