LOL!, perfect response. or... i just don't give a shit about how good i can defend myself without a weapon. Plus I am not socially inept and i understand how to get a long with people. I am not worried about getting into a fight. If i need to defend myself i will do it the smart way.

gain from socializing in terms of feeling satisfied with life/ourselves that it shouldn't be dismissed so easily. And with that a lot of us say speak for yourself and others like you because there are a lot of us who honestly just flat out don't care. I feel satisfied from other things than simply socializing

Not shy though. I just dont care. I can give presentations, speaches at work does not bother me. I literally do not care about interacting with others for the sake of association.

Well there are a lot of people who purposefully move themselves into semi isolated areas completely on purpose. So i dont think they are just telling themselves they are not social to make themselves feel better. If i had to i could list many reasons as why i dont care about being social.. Its not i was born an "introvert" and thats just the way i am... I became this way. i have logical reasons as to why i am this way. Most people i met who are labeled introverts became that way by reason.
