The best vacation I ever had was my last one to Europe by myself. Couldn't believe how smooth the entire trip was. This goes for any gf or even my good buds. No need to come to an "agreement" on where to go, what time to wake up, etc. Sometimes we need time to ourselves... and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I recommend anyone try it.

The solution, if you work with women, is to never work alone with them. You can absolutely bring this up as a reasonable action or request to management that you feel uncomfortable doing so. As far as socializing goes, nobody can force you who to hang out with on your own time outside of work. If exclusion is what women feel, too bad for them.
