My industry and office are also about 97% men but we got a female HR head a few years ago that implemented “women’s outings” once a quarter for the 8 of us in the office. We just get massages or do an escape room or a cooking class and get drinks after. I never noticed my husbands lack of habits until I saw a ton of black heads all over his nose and super dry skin in the winter. I was like “dude please use my face wash it’s in the shower. I have aquaphor for your dry patches too.” He came RUNNING out of the bathroom to show me how Instantly those problems went away. He has an entire skin routine now next to mine. 51	Man is upset for his sons friends hitting on his daughter, so he bans his son from having friends over. God I went through this as a kid. I have three older brothers and one of them had really shitty friends. When I was around 10, one of them said something about "just a few more years and I'd be ready for him" and my oldest brother (around 17, not the guy's friend) literally picked him up and threw him out of the house.
