There is no shame in reaching out to old friends. It's common to fall away from friends when in a relationship, and most women are receptive when you come back around. Also, I wouldn't worry about this impacting your dating life. I can only recall one instance in which I was set up by friends, and no instances in which I was judged by a man for (or asked about) my limited/non-existent social circle. Do what you can to make friends (for you) but don't stress about it. Friends make dating convenie…

Traditional feminine standards are not a rule to live by. If you feel sexy in a full dress suit, you are probably going to feel/look more feminine, natural, and sexual than you would stuffed into a dress you hate. It doesn't matter what you wear, it's a matter of wearing what emphasizes your personal, unique sexual/feminine package. If you feel good you will exude more of you. Look at what you're drawn to, and think of it conceptually. How can you take what you like and use that to capitalize on…

Its ok to acknowledge that you made yourself overly available to someone who did not appreciate or respect your loyalty. Not exactly a unique premise! But when the recipient of such pleasantries respects you so little as to tell you exactly why they capitalized upon your vulnerability, you let it be. Don't respond. In my experience, the people who embark upon such egotistical and unnecessary assertations have nothing to lose and everything to gain from your response. There is no way to win-- not…

The cleanest choice is to leave and see if he follows. I understand, however, that this is not always a choice, and the situation is not always ideal. I can offer advice, but it will not be the "healthy" or "comfortable" advice. It is just what's realistic. You pull away, you let him know in some way (other than leaving) that this is not good enough for you and that you have lost some of your investment in the situation. Stop offering him the benefits of comfort, start demanding what he is givin…

I often find that when I'm not feminine, I am not in touch with myself, or not enjoying myself, or really not doing much of anything. For me, I am my most feminine (and my most me) when I can learn to laugh at myself in private, to enjoy pampering myself when there is no one to impress. That doesn't mean I do myself up for no occasion, it's just that I play with makeup for the sake of it, and end up feeling better about myself as a result. Or have a pajama/no makeup lazy day, but absolutely enjo…

Point missed. If that mindset causes you so much distress that you are becoming "obsessed", then you're headed in the wrong direction. Becoming a slave to the mirror and believing that you have nothing special to offer is a quick way to undermine your value. Striking the balance between honesty and self care is the only way to sustain a RP beauty ideology.

I like to recommend the book Powerful and Feminine on this sub because I think it is a very soft and introspective view on RPW. It is aimed at self love and sensuality, and projecting a soft, nurturing vibe toward others. It isn't exactly about non-romantic intimacy, but it does touch on how to nurture yourself and lead with love in your interactions with others.

I am going to suggest that maybe you take a break from this and other RP subs for a time, but take the information to heart and let it just sit with you for a while. Obsession and negative feelings about your appearance are going to send you in the wrong direction and kill your spark. It's all pretty simple when it comes to looks. We're given the blank canvas of who we are. You have this face and this body to work with, and the result is not a competition but a matter of being your best self. Yo…

I think you're better off just altering your wardrobe to show off the tush a little more. You've already got a cute little bubble butt, and right now your body as a whole looks good-- this doesn't sound like a risk worth taking unless you plan to do it all via muscle gains. Weight gain in that area is likely to lead to cellulite. Don't fix what isn't broken!

As someone who enjoys a very private life and also keeps a very small circle of friends, I want to tell you not to worry. You are very young and I think your solutions are very simple. Focus on getting fit and being happy. Self love does wonders. When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you're more open and confident. I have a feeling that living at home and maintaining a reserved social role just has you in a cycle of comfort. It isn't an inability to be beautiful/outgoing/allurin…

Obsession like that is usually due to a shallow understanding of what attraction and love really is, which makes sense when you say she has never had a boyfriend. Buzzfeed and Huffington Post probably seem like a holy grail of information to someone in her shoes. I don't think you can or should intervene in this particular situation beyond guiding her toward a truer and more mature understanding of dating and love. When someone wants you, and when they are worth it, you don't have to play games …

I think pursuing all men, regardless of their relationship status, is a losing game for a single woman. Upping your game to the extent that a committed man leaves his SO for you sounds exhausting, time consuming, and risky. You can continue your friendships with these men and perhaps one day you will both be single at the same time; but I don't think one can be ruthless (in competing with a man's SO) without sacrificing some aspect of their or their self respect. The point in RPW is to always be…

Careless is a good word for this one. It may have meant nothing to him, but it still isn't a smart thing to do, nor is it a necessary thing for him to do. OP could read into the motivation behind this unnecessary post, but I think that is where the trouble begins. Keep your head high and your eyes open, OP. It probably means nothing, but I understand your upset. There is lots of potential for disrespect, regardless of whether they intend to cheat.

I've never heard of that book! Just took a look now and they share some similar principals, but Powerful and Feminine is more self-focused than relationship-focused. I like it because I often find physical and relationship upkeep to be tiring, and this book teaches you how to stay present, and find nourishment and joy in those things.

Powerful and Feminine is a favorite of mine. It's like RPW in a spiritual context.

"I wonder what good things will happen to me today" Automatically read this in the most self-important, valley girl voice and had a good laugh.

Something that is so misunderstood is that despite what role a man and woman choose to take, the key is that they both enjoy those roles and cherish the other for taking on that role. This guy seems to have missed the point, which is why he wouldn't make the cut with an RPW. When I don't have the wherewithal to say or do something polite, I leave. I work in an industry where I am frequently harassed by older men who think their commentary is "cute", or who think I'm too innocent to understand wh…

It takes a while to discover what looks good on your body, especially when your body is changing. That's why I think it's a good idea to start now. You don't have to spend a fortune or revamp your wardrobe each time you reach a new milestone weight, but you should get yourself a few nice pieces that will stick with you even as you begin to lose more weight. Life doesn't start when you hit your goal weight. It's about being the best you can be, working with what you already have! I think its also…

It is impossible to be your best self when you are living with someone who threatens your most basic sense of well being on a daily basis. If you are worn out, anxious, and living in fear, your light will not shine-- no matter what you do. He is not worthy of the changes you are considering. One of the best Red Pill traits is being able to assess a situation, a mate, yourself with brutal honesty. You might not be ready for that, but your children surely are. If nothing else, do right by them and…

There are natural options (gelatin supplements have been great smoothing out my skin and plumping up some indented stretch marks). You may also be able to get results from laser work (most medical spas offer something like this with a facial), but the results will probably be subtle. And I know your husband is against fillers, but good fillers should look natural. And a little work now will minimize signs of aging down the road as well. If it's not a closed subject, it might be worth looking int…

Just be passionate about something. It doesn't have to be obscure, it should just be something you can speak about joyfully. Also helps to be a little mysterious, don't reveal details about your private life to anyone, make them wonder.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
