Well, mandatory military service has been abolished in many countries now. Yet in some of those countries, women are forbidden from fighting at the front lines. We are denied the right to take our responsibility.

Not all the rights. What about the right to take that responsibility? Sexism on the work floor is still a very real thing, and women do get discriminated against in getting a job. I'm sure there are many women who would take their responsibility if it just weren't so damn frustrating to beat your way up the corporate ladder, having to prove over and over again that you're capable despite being a woman.

I wouldn't go as far as saying men are second class citizens. Male privilege still exists in many ways. But through the feminist movement, female privilege has cropped up as well here and there. There's no need in turning this into "which side has it worse", but I'd just like to say that many of the problems modern feminism faces and men's right activists face are simply two sides of the same coin. Whenever someone's gender becomes a determining factor in how society treats them, everyone loses.
