Even if you get bored with them there's no harm in having accounts, you can get Instagram or Facebook then delete the apps so limit use. You won't be socially inept just because you don't have social media! But imo you should keep some forms of it in because it helps a lot in getting invitations and keeping up to date with stuff. | 2 | Social media?Could you just get messenger without a Facebook account? I deactivated mine. Make a really basic one i.e no photos or anything. I don't have the Facebook app and I find it's helpful for limiting the amount of time I spend on it.
