I have. I've also lived as a woman my whole and been involved in feminist circles for many years and if you and others would stop and think about how slut walks are about symbolism, victims being able to get closure and power over their abuse and showing that no matter how extreme nobody DESERVES RAPE instead of making shitty memes mocking the traumatic experiences of many women maybe people would take the men's rights movement seriously.

Was this true at the time though? I don't know enough about 90's AIDS culture to tell if this is anything more than stats made shocking to prove point. Also it's encouraging abstinence as an option, which during an AIDS epidemic is a reasonable choice for someone of any gender to make.

FYI this is very extreme way of thinking and not shared by the vast majority of feminists today. Want anecdotal proof? Take any college level Woman's Studies class and watch the students reactions when the teacher (usually skeptically) brings up this theory. The overwhelming reaction is "yeah right".
