Make a deep dig at him. If he really is terrorizing everyone around him, you'll be a hero. Just don't make it seem like you're really upset or he's getting under your skin, you'll look like an over sensitive autistic caveman. Make it known that you are sexually interested "sorry, but you're really fucking hot" , etc. 50-50 shot you'll be seen as a creep and the date will end, or she'll be into it and reciprocate. Either way it's better than being seen as a non sexual friend type.

I've usually had great results when joking around with chicks. It's good to upset them a little bit and you kind of want them to think you're an asshole (just not too much). I don't think they would consider teasing to be feminine, but if it's too much, or if the teasing is actually insulting or she feels attacked, then she probably just thinks you're a jerk or a creep. Which is at least better than them thinking you're a bitch, so there's that.

Imagine you're in a canoe on a river and you're starving. There's a taco stand a few miles away upstream and another a few miles downstream. Trying to get a girl to initiate is like deciding to go to the taco stand upstream. It will take at least twice as much effort to get to the same tacos. So do the right thing and head downstream.
