I disagree that women in some countries have it worse than women in western countries, but I'd also argue that generally in most of those countries men also have it way worse than men in western countries. Alright, women can't drive and have to stay home more and stuff like that some places. But men also have their responsibilities in those countries, like having to work and being accountable for the actions of the family.

That's not what I'm referring to, and I've never even heard about that trope.
