paternity tests are anti feminist Unless, of course, the paternity test is to ensnare some schmuck that she sperm-jacked into 18 (25 in New Jersey!) years of child support. Then its okay.

Just curious what kind of certification does the UK require to pierce ears? I am wondering if there are more stringent regulations regarding piercing ears then circumcising baby boys.

Even if he cannot afford a lawyer, have him file a downward modification of support in the court that the child support originated in. He can likely download the forms to file from that county court's website or he can pick the forms up in person from the family court division. Also move to have it applied retroactively to the date that the overstated amount took effect. He will be granted a hearing about 45 days from the day the motion is filed. If he files the motion, really try to have a lawy…

Good on you brother. In the meantime, keep being supportive of the men.

You will have much more success with a lawyer. Really, file another motion. This is why we need men's groups and advocates for fathers.

You are not a criminal. You will be herded through intake with some real losers. You are facing tough times, you are NOT a loser. You are not defective or broken. You have to file for a downward modification of the child support order ASAP. You can file it yourself, but have a lawyer for the hearing. As part of the motion, ask for a retro-active reduction of the order. Get any job before the hearing, even if it is washing dishes. Have three pay-stubs that show your earnings.

They guy in the kilt in the beginning? Nowhere near manly enough to wear a kilt. The poor kilt's status must be demoted to pleated skirt.

The hug was looked overly familiar and unwanted, but not so much so that it can be called sexual assault. This would wreck his whole year.

That's good, that's good. Gimme all your venom. But really, the MRA movement needs men to speak up for our issues with cool, fair, thoughtful discourse. You know those annoying in-your-face Feminist-supremacists? Be careful that your posts and commentary don't become like their hateful vitriol.

Let's be clear. Advocating for Men's rights in no way takes away from true feminist advances, nor do we try to say that the world has no need for feminism. We fight against the demonization of men, unfair legal disadvantage in family law, and awareness of other men's issues. There is still a lot of progress to be had for feminism. This isn't boys vs. girls.

Boy kissing girl: sexual harrasment. Girl kisses boy: You go girl! Girl power!

This is completely ridiculous. This isn't even remotely related to men's rights. If OP's angle is to post this to say "look, see? Little girls can be rapists too!" its a fail. The only thing this story indicates is that the blame for a young child's extremely inappropriate behavior is not being dealt with properly by the authorities. The Mother should be charged with negligence, and the girl should get court ordered therapy, not criminal charges.

And what of when A woman does not or cannot inform the father of the pregnancy, and later seeks to establish paternity?
/r/MensRights20/11/13 12:16 AM

This is definitely worth talking about. It sort of boils the equality issue down to its essence.

Now describe the parameters of the new law. Is there a time limit on opting out? Do both parties have to be present at a hearing or a notary? Make this work and make it practical. "Opting out" by the father and his having no financial responsibilty would be a factor in the mother's decision to abort, adoption or single motherhood. So the opt-out should be given early in fairness to the mother.

You could point out that the "WE CAN DO IT" lady that is pictured in the post, a feminist icon, actually quit her job in the factory after two weeks. "WE CAN DO IT... until the reality of men's work is too scary. Then SOMEBODY ELSE CAN DO IT".

This is my life for the past 19 years. I was turning 18 When I was trapped. The mother and I never lived together and were on the outs when I knocked her up with me own judgement impaired. The courts are very upfront about how you as the father do not matter except for the weekly check. I have been taken out of my home in the night for non-payment and brought back to where the case originated for an overnight stay at a not-so-hospitable jail in the inner city like a criminal. And they suspended …

As a man, I suggest that we should proudly display our liberated sexuality. Men, when you shop for pants, select those trousers that are fitted in the crotch region. Avoid pleated and baggy khakis. When shopping, try on some chinos, and look in the mirror to make sure your package is presented prominently. Wear undergarments that give you some "lift". Now you are ready to showcase your business. Stand with good posture and have your pelvis forward. There's a proud, virile man. You are representi…

Just wanted to add: there is no anesthesia for the newborn being circumcised. "Welcome to the world, lay back as we strap you down and mutilate your genitals."
