Pure saturated fat. I don't cook with oil, no need. Although I know I can't avoid it when I buy packaged food or eat out, I know at least the meals I make are oil free. You'll hear "Mediterranean diet is super healthy and they use olive oil!", truth is they'll be even healthier if they dropped the olive oil. And the advert will say "our buttery spread reduces cholesterol!" but the studies are "their spread compared to butter", rather than "their spread compared to, simply not consuming it, which…

I honestly appreciate you taking the time to look it up. Not everyone does. But Ok, not keen on nutrition facts for some reason, take the epic study instead to further back up the premise. The epic study is one of the largest ongoing nutrition, lifestyle and health. Their findings are showing that high igf-1 levels are associated with high risk of prostate cancer. Who has the lowest levels BY FAR of igf-1 in their bodies? And not only low levels of igf1 but have the highest levels of igf-1 bindi…

I despair at the conversation you had with rhomu-31. You're absolutely right that what you eat affects your health. Why else would some foods promote cancer and some foods have a protective nature against it. Anyone who thinks otherwise like rhomu is a helpless victim. Even the world health organisation has labelled processed meat as an actual carcinogen, and that red meat probably is as well. No-one in their right mind would say that you can't get cancer on the best diet, and that the best diet…

If you want to avoid getting prostate cancer, or even reverse the cancer you already have, you've got to switch to a whole foods plant based diet today. It's been proven to not only protect from getting it, but when done right it even shows the cancer growth can be reversed. short video. all sources cited. The 'meat is manly' stereotype has to go. Not having cancer or having the guts to make a change if you're faced with such a burden is manly.

Ok you're not getting me, and I don't know why. You wrote it to imply that it was an accident. And in your last paragraph "you are trying to paint the man as guilty anyway possible" tells me you believe that it was. It's fine to use this story as a comparison but you don't need to water down the truth to get your point across. The fact that the guy got murder for killing a girl. And the girl got manslaughter for killing a guy is story enough. It's common in places like these to put the guy in a …

No hate from me. The way you wrote it wasn't "obviously not". You made it sound like he didn't murder her to exaggerate the disparity of justice, which isn't helpful. The full truth is evidence enough of the inequality. It seemed obvious to me that asking for clarification on the story you posted wasn't about diminishing the sentiment. But looking at the downvotes I guess it wasn't. All you downvoting me need to use your brains more before passing judgement.

Part of my MGTOW journey is self-improvement and compassion. I learnt that a plant based diet is healthy. i.e self improvement. This new information made me realise, if we don't need to eat animals then I'll avoid making them suffer best I can, which is what veganism is i.e compassion. There are a lot of vegans here in mgtow, and a lot of you will go vegan this year. MGTOW and Veganism go hand in hand i.e leaving animals alone to let them go their own way just like we want to be left alone to go…

"those hens raised to lay eggs while getting plenty of food and shelter is totally an abuse of females!" You said that like the females don't suffer. If your point was that "males are ignored" then why did you say such crap about how nice the female chicks have it? They suffer greatly. And the males are worthless and die horrible deaths within days of birth. The egg industry = suffering.
/r/MGTOW02/03/19 08:31 PM

Are you serious? Have you ever encountered a woman on her period? They're insane, and a lot of them encounter pain and discomfort. Chicks laying eggs is their period. Chicks naturally would lay 15ish eggs a year, not too dissimilar from human females, yet we've bred them to lay an egg (have their period) everyday. That must be absolute hell. Plus they're kept in cramped, unsanitary conditions just to lay eggs and then they're slaughtered as soon as their numbers start to drop. The life of a egg …

I don't think you actually read what I wrote. There is no diet or drug or anything else for that matter that has reversed, actually reversed heart disease other that a high carb low fat plant based diet. And it works long term as seen in blue zones around the world.
/r/MGTOW17/02/19 04:15 PM

Show us a study of a ketogenic diet reversing heart disease. Because as far as I know, only a high carb, low fat plant based diet has ever done that (thanks to the work of Dr Dean Ornish). Check out blue zones, they are communities around the world where a higher than usual percentage of people are living to 100. They all share a plant based diet as a common factor (amongst other things). No high meat eating community will ever been a blue zone.

Ah figured as such, kudos for your honesty though! Mine was a loaded question. This incomplete protein thing was/is just broscience. For a brief moment in time everyone was sharing the same information but it got put to bed pretty quickly. All plant food contains protein and all plant protein contains all the amino acids. Protein actually comes from plants, when you get it from an animal you're getting it at least 2nd hand. Our obsession with protein is pretty embarrassing. It's actually impossi…

Set goals, stay mindful (in the moment) and achieve them. I'm like you and understand the frustration. We can do anything we want to while we are alive, but we can't do everything we want to. 7 Habits of Highly Effective People was good for me to organise myself, not only practically by mindfully. You have lots of interests? Pick one, set a goal for it and achieve it. Then set another goal in the same category or something different. That's what I'm doing anyway. Good luck.

The chicken didn't die for us, we took its life. they'll get the last laugh though as they take us out one by one with testicular cancer and heart disease. FYI I know this is a joke but once you take your blinders off to the great catastrophe that is the animal agriculture industry, it's hard to laugh at it. It's not possible to be vegan and "shut the fuck up about it". Imagine you had the cure for heart disease and kept it to yourself. We're not omnivores. True omnivores can't get heart disease, and we're riddled with the stuff from eating animals and their excretions. Plant based diet arrests and reverses heart disease in humans. Dr Neal Barnard proved this. That's enough evidence on its own to prove we're herbivores (frugivores to be more precise). Paradigm shift right? Feel free to look into it further. Blue zones is a good place to start.
