My thoughts What if you're ugly and no woman wants to dance with you, or it's obvious they're reluctant to dance with you? I've seen dancing lessons in my country, but everything tends to be small in my country so not sure there is an abundance of classes and a lot of hot women at the classes.

Yeah I get that but he still didn't give examples of what to say. I can imagine myself struggling to even come up with a "sound to utter". I really liked the first one about lowering your criteria for what makes an approach. However even with this advice I feel unsure what I could do or say. Just say "hi" and then walk off? Seems stupid. Or what does he really mean by "uttering a sound"? He doesn't give any examples. Plus even though I like the first method, you can still have approach anxiety I guess, women can still treat you like shit even though you only utter a sound.
