Ngl I have like zero experience talking to girls at least irl, I feel like online doesn’t count even in the rare cases where I somehow manage to get some type of conversation but then I’m just cooked, not really sure what to do from here,

I went to urban air with my school and I was just chilling having fun jumping and afterwards when I felt like talking to girls I would never overthink anything and just do it, it feels incredible too. Reason I’m now just saying it’s official is because something similar would happen when I’m done being competitive in the gym playing whatever sport they have us playing, I wasn’t really thinking about the girls at first but now when you think of them after all the sweating than nothing can stop me…

Well I wouldn’t call them techniques but what I do is I start with a mini warm up and force myself to talk about literally anything I can think of instead of overthinking what to say then from there I get even more and more bold and don’t give myself time to think, basically the opposite of ‘think before you do stuff’.... I only start shaking when I feel pressured or when I just don’t know what’s gonna happen next and my brain probably self consciously thinks something bad is gonna happen so may…

When I’m out of my comfort zone(probably just answered my own question) and I come out my shell or whatever, people would ask, why you shaking, I ask them what’s shaking and they say my lip shaking, this has been a thing ever since for 3-4 years in middle school where I would get out my comfort zone and ‘grow a pair’

But ain’t that being to aggressive and coming off as thristy, I was trying to start slow and let it flow since that’s were it all starts, as friends and have the bond grow stronger and if she still decides to only be friends or friend zoned as you would call it, then that’s her lost but it’s kinda a win because I developed a bond with someone.... but idk since I’m not experienced with this type of stuff so what you think about it

I usually just say fuck it and go from there, like what’s the worst that could happen and that’s if I even drain all my confidence to get through the beginning, I’ll apply your mindset and see how the results go
