6	The Image You Reflect I didn't grow up in a church so I can't exactly speak to this specifically. Nonetheless here are some thoughts of mine: I think the "unattractive" aspect is that all the church "boys" are seen as safe and boring, since they're well-behaved (at least in church). Well, what about when, as a Christian, you face persecution? Is that Christian male going to stand up for what he believes in, and speak truth into a crowd where he knows he's going to be ostracized and hated on?
