Hey! Welcome! I had a different but similar upbringing, so don’t discount the ways it has affected your choices, struggles with addiction, sexual activity, etc. I had an absent father, many “pseudo-fathers” pushed onto me by my narcissistic, emotionally absent mother and didn’t even connect the dots until I was 21. You are not fundamentally flawed, you weren’t given the tools to succeed. Don’t beat yourself up about past mistakes. I made a LOT of mistakes in my teens that I’m trying to accept to…

So I’m 100% responsible for cooking, cleaning, meal-planning under budget, all laundry, dealing with mail, appointments, paperwork, pet care and also dealing with every random annoyance or emergency that pops up throughout the days. I also like to redecorate a lot, bake cookies. Dinner is hot and ready when he gets off of work, etc. We will probably have our first child within the next five years!

Totally agree. I’ve done a 180 degree switch from my “the woman has to work” mother’s influence (who has had 3 unsuccessful marriages), as I am a stay at home wife with no kids yet. She would ridicule a woman like me, who cooks, listens to her mans needs, submits to a man, etc. and I’m happy in my life as well. Blue pill=unhappy marriage IMO

Hey, all! I’m a college student turned homemaker this year. It’s been unexpected but ultimately the best change for my little family. I live with my SO of 6 years and our cat. I lived life out of balance, constantly stressed and stretched thin. We were both in college full time and worked part time. Now, I get to keep a home, cook, rest, read, be active and attend to all of my SO’s needs. We never expected me to not work, but we are happier than ever.

YouTube videos are my jam!! I’m learning that my mom always made chores seem insurmountable, but a lot of women on YouTube teach really efficient ways of doing things that are much easier! Setting routines and getting rid of clutter help so much

Should probably post this on r/theredpill and delete this. This is for people who want to use red pill theories to IMPROVE their lives and marriages. Go you, for getting all manly and whatnot, but you seriously cannot believe this is a positive change. Polygamy? Cool-since your wife would know. Sexual freedom is good stuff. I’m all for it. Cheating and lying? Go fuck yourself and your red pill ego. Have some respect for the woman you call your wife and man up by being honest.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
