U rite. As a skinny fat man who hates exercise I have noticed the cognitive improvements that come with lifting and have been slowly forcing it into my life. God I hate it though. I would much rather be reading or devoting my mind to work/thoughts. Lifting subtracts from it in the short term, but benefits in the long term. It's powerful

The blue point is critical, and I would take it even further. Put on blue light blocking goggles 3+ hours before bed unless you fall asleep with the sun (which is practicaly no one). MGTOW is not cool and will never be. There is too much instinctual drive in us to reproduce and raise families. It's a lazy solution to a complex problem. I've noticed this as well. It's a legitimate problem, down to the societal level, that comes with feminism and even globalization. Now that women are free to choose and aren't dependent on a man, their inherently picky selector status has come out almost pathologically. There can literally only be a small percentage of alpha males, so it results in exactly what OP described, which is bad for everyone but the lucky few.

I've had that realization myself. I think coming to terms with mortality is a necessary step in the philosopher. I'm only 28 and have been having a hard time coping with my eventual mortality. The thought of nonexistence, of everything I've ever known or done to be sliver between an infinite oblivion is....too much. I've since taken a similar standpoint as to what you described, however. Death can't be avoided, but at least we can truly live. In a way it's just as liberating as it is terrifying.

I'd rethink that stance. Many fruits have their own unique compounds that have been shown to be very beneficial the body, they're referred to as phytonutrients. Bromelain and resveratrol and two examples off the top of my head. Resveratrol may be naturally occurring in non fruits too though, not sure.
