I agree it's really toxic. You can't tell who might be holding it against you etc. I'm on a database indexing names of victims of (mostly) strategic false allegations to police. At one point I started scraping the database so I could re-publish it indexed by the names of the (mostly) false accusers to make a the point and in response they made it much harder to access which gave me some satisfaction. So I am not at all against trying to do something about it. But now I just want to live my life …

It's cold and unromantic of her to accuse you of being cold and unromantic to get what she wants financially. It would be romantic of her to prove that she loves you for your own sake and nothing else.

I'm not sure a recording would help. Firstly it might be inadmissible if they decided it was illegally obtained. Secondly - it would just record the fact that you both did not scream yes often enough wouldn't it Don't bring them here though. They get a permanent visa quicker if they make a domestic violence allegation against you. I think it's a function of the incentive structure of the law here, not where they are from, but understand your thinking.

I think some people in your position being attacked like this is inevitable. Even if you asked permission 7 times for 7 position changes - what about asking about keeping going in the middle of them? and what about that time you stroked her hand without asking or whatever? Is there anything you now think you should have done differently once you knew you were being investigated? I'm thinking of things like make a complaint against her immediately too for the same thing or get aggressive with law…

fair. Can I suggest contacting Bettina Arendt. Not because she can do much about it but because she might be interested to hear your story as more context to her activism. Can I also suggest talking to your local MP. They do not seem to know the impact of their behaviour, and the vicious abuses of some of their appointees like the current DPP who is known to be bringing baseless cases to court and personally attacking judges who point this out. The MPs who fundamentally are in control of the new…

It's breathtaking that offending high enough to warrant 2.9 years in jail is also so low it does not warrant a program with a psychologist. They clearly do not take the crime or the behavior or prevention of recurrence seriously themselves.

Woah. Sorry to hear. I am completely unsurprised. I got interested in mens rights after my children and I were abused by the NSW domestic violence industry. It's something that has been on my mind with the recent changes to the law, that there must be men like you in there. How many men in similar situations did you come across in jail? What can those with an interest to help innocent inmates do? Is there anything you wish you could have had from the outside? Any kind of support maybe from volun…

This is so ridiculous. Young women have their fears of retaliation for their vicious aggressive behaviour confirmed. Poor things. Young men witnessing female persecution of young men internalise a narrative of female persecution. Women with concerns who want to anonymously spread them widely without any accountability get lost in the noise. Poor things. Movember is done.

Sure. But is it a men's right issue? Instances of it being either illegal or socially impossible for men to masturbate or seek out consensual sexual relationships are a men's rights issue. But not the need itself.

It revolves at the moment around a young man being tried in the media for a preposterous number of allegations. This panic comes around again and again. I'm happy to stand corrected but the current case stinks of the Christchurch Civic Creche and Capturing the Friedmans (watch the movie) and all the others like them. Sorry you're going through this. I'd change jobs to be honest. This has been going on for centuries and isn't going to stop.

Not counting female paedophiles, 96% of paedophiles are men. Your logic is impeccable. Your anxiety and your moral panic around men is not a reason for this young man to be so tormented at work.

It's slow but it can be stopped. For me it's the consistent, polite use of "we don't do sexism in this family (or workplace) in either direction". And occasionally when the domestic violence lies come up: "My children and I are the only victims of domestic violence in this family and these lies are the reason it was so badly escalated by the police on our abuser's behalf". Say it, then don't hold it against them. Then when they do it again, say it again. I hardly ever have to say it now, because…

In my country * men earn 59 percent of the personal income and women earn 41 percent * women own 52 percent of the assets and men own 48 percent * women are 52 percent of the people * women are estimated to drive 80 to 85 percent of consumer spending. * the household savings rate is just under 1% (so the spending is by far the greater issue.)

I always tell women early that I've been alienated from some of my kids and that I went through a bunch of armed police home invasions orchestrated by my violent abuser. I don't want the believe all women brigade in my life. I want to detect and not date any woman so lacking in empathy that she would never date a man who had lost his children and was sad about it. Let them be frightened by red flags and run back to their marxist party parades.

All women benefit from fake domestic violence research and allegations. It's a coercive control terror tactic to tilt the balance of the conditions of heterosexual relationships further in favour of the dominant majority. They only have to be actually used on a proportion of men for all men to be terrorized by them. In my family it was my children and I that got the years of armed police home invasions, the women are remarkably unconcerned about what happened to us, and their husbands earn the m…

Forty years ago I was in high school and the school curriculum and assessment methods in my state were being re-designed. Reading about it in the newspapers there was only one stated aim: to increase the matriculation marks of girls relative to boys. A small number of us, both boys and girls, were genuinely good at any subject we did and we discussed this among ourselves. We realised the boys, …

I did fight hard for my kids and won full custody of those that were still minors at the end of the process. The article says: This study conducted at the Royal Darwin Hospital, found women were more likely to be burnt, or were threatened with burning, during interpersonal violence, compared to men. The study "quoted" says: IPV: Male : 25 (47%). Female: 28 (53%) non-IPV Male 488 (74%), Female: 171(26%) .. so.. the great horror they have picked up on is that men are only half of burning victims of intimate partner violence when they should by rights be three quarters of them? https://www.sciencedirect.c…

I’ll also get to ride home tonight on a bus emblazoned with an advertisement calling for donations saying “we have to live in a shelter so that daddy can’t hit mummy anymore” while my daughter lives in a shelter because mummy lies about daddy. Yay. Thanks…

I'm in Australia too. I haven't seen my daughter for two years after a slightly similar story. Her mother made multilple false allegations and repeatedly took her to domestic violence "shelters" so they could help her. 3 years and a quarter of a million dollars later the court gave me total parental responsibility and ordered her mother to stop taking her to shelters and social workers. At some point after a few warnings I calmly took her phone off her for three days for refusing to answer it to…

I've given up on finding tax deductible charities for men and have started giving post tax money directly to a few important full time men's advocates. For me it's Diana Davidson in Canada and Bettina Arndt in Australia. I think Diana is very important because she's doing coalface work helping individual falsely accused men to navigate the court system. Bettina because she's on my home turf. There's also justice for men and boys in the UK. CAFE in Canada is going to open a men's center, a part o…

Looks like the word "murder" has been "raped". This is just horribly horribly sad. What will we call that thing that we used to call murder, you know, where someone kills someone on purpose?

Actually all women do benefit from the toleration of women's false allegations in the family court. Wives of non violent men do not fear they will be beaten up if they confront his lack of help with the washing up etc. Husbands of women who have not yet attacked them in the film court do fear that they will lose their kids and their homes if they confront her lack of help with the washing up etc. Classic feminist projection.

And John Marsden's books the "tomorrow when the war began" series if he's at the upper end of that age range. They seem like an Australia specific story, but they work anywhere. You'll enjoy reading them too and you can discuss them with him. They contain both cowardly and heroic boys and girls interacting with each other and are a wonderful source of self reflection for kids.

Bizarrely monopoly was invented by a radfem before they were called that. It's often thought to have been to show what's wrong with capitalism, but it's more specifically anti fixed land and resources based capitalism and is designed to showcase Henry George's idea that land and resources are the best thing to tax to make a fair society. It does that quite well. The rules are designed to drive all but one player to despair and ruination on the basis of essentially random events outside their con…

And she was making herself progressively more impossible to get in contact with. I ended up having to say no to my own daughter doing the same thing. No. It's major. The students coming in off their ATAR are the Australian students going into government funded places. The others are overseas students.. cashcows for the government selling education to wealthy people from overseas. The ATAR is a straight percentile ranking. Engineering courses are hard, and they are hard to get into. It means that in some courses men will have to be in the top three percent of school leavers and girls in the top thirteen. Like all professions most doctors fall through their careers following their interests, talents and opportunities. The "kid who always knew he was going to be a brain surgeon" is rare and often a post hoc reconstruction. I am not exclusively a doctor of female problems, but to a large extent I am. It's because women and their advocates ask for me because I am good at what I do and I have become better at it because they keep asking for me.

Actually no. There is no other crime in which the real victims distress and loss is discounted in favour of theoretical/potential other victims of other crimes. And it is not disregarding victims of rape to acknowledge the real victims of false allegations. https://www.statista.com/statistics/187478/death-rate-from-suicide-in-the-us-by-gender-since-1950/ Over the last 60 years the suicide rate has fallen a bit, then risen a bit for both men and women. It's been consistently higher in about the same proportion for men than for women. The higher male suicide rate is a male problem. But it's more longstanding than the the recent decline in the regard for men.

This is sadly true. Im not in the US, I'm in Australia, but the same thing seems to be happening everywhere. I lost contact with two of mine even after a court gave me total parental responsibility for them and limited their contact with the abuser. There was no way to enforce the orders when those tasked with enforcing them had been indoctrinated, and government sponsored women's organisations continued to enable her despite court orders not to.

I don't have any sympathy for the idea. It's indistinguishable from other forms of patronising: You see a father letting his daughter try on a dress that he knows will not work for her so they can get on with shopping so you start explaining to him that the dress is aimed at 30 year olds not 15 year olds and there is a better shop next door. He stops you and says "Thanks, but I'm actually a father". You would not have attempted to explain dress buying with teenagers if he had been a woman.

There's nothing wrong with that photo or any of the photos in the article. Expressing faux outrage about images of boys is not the answer to feminist (or any other fundamentalist) faux outrage about images of girls. Why the NSFW tag. That's hilarious.

Nope. I wish I was only raped. My abuser hasn't even got me into jail yet. Thought experiment: if forced to choose would you choose to have sex with some abhorrent creep or to go to jail for the rest of your life. That was easy right. Now ten years? Five? Two? Until you find your price. The price for almost everyone is less than a sentence for rape. False accusations are worse than rape.

Passively block the friend and do not answer anything coming from her by any means. Don't even let her know if you received the communication. No good can come from paternity testing for you or for the child, and you should passively frustrate any attempts to get you to co-operate. If you're not the genetic donor then things remain the same as they are now. If you are the genetic donor, then it's not like after 12 years of keeping that from him and you she's suddenly going to start encouraging h…

I had the most bizarre text conversation with a feminist professional colleague about this, in essence: Me: Oh look. Another man murdered by another woman. According to the article she was a lovely girl.. etc. Interesting comparison with the other recent murder of a young adult by a 19 year old, don't you think? There is a good example of the empathy gap here because of the similar circumstances to a case a few weeks ago in the same city. In this instance a 19 year old female stranger killed a young man. A friend and I celebrated the introduction of this by raping each other. Twice! The hilarious thing about this is that it is response to Saxon Mullins' accusation. The trial judgement is easy to find and is clear that her testimony was less credible than his. There was never any suggestion that she asked his consent to have sex with him.

Great. Yes. Good. Finally a constructive suggestion to fix the gender pay gap and the gender imbalance in their fields of garbage collection, public transport driving, late night infrastructure repair, policing, security and emergency services. With a huge tide of women out of the newspaper industry into late night garbage collection and road repairs, the field of misanthropic trolling will finally be made open to men as well.

Further to this line of reasoning: She was murdered by a stranger. Five times as many men are murdered by strangers as women. (You can look this up at the AIC) Women already mostly don't walk across dark fields at night but men don't really think about and often do. This is probably a partial cause of 2. So I agree with them that men (unqualified, in general) DO need to change their behaviour. Men need to stop walking down dark alleys and across dark fields at night so we can get our murder vict…
