1	Men are not trusted with children while women are considered automatically to be good carers. Even in most western countries children brought up through the foster care system have lesser outcomes, and experience abuse in higher nimbers. Not to mention, it comes down to the individual choice of the woman. A pregnancy is a medical procedure, and I’m not wanting to step into the arena of telling anyone what they can and cannot do with their personal medical choices. Also, abortion is a way more humane procedure than the way women use to get rid of unwanted children. Women likely have more infanticides simply because they have been considered the primary caregivers. That doesn’t mean women are more likely to kill babies, caregivers are more likely to kill babies.
