1	Clothesline Project My intention isn't primarily to help male victims of sexual abuse - it's to respond to the growing trend of male vilification. Not sure how "all men aren't rapists" is equivalent to "rapists deserve privacy, respect, and power" in any way. I'm willing to consider that there are other places to directly address male issues, but it seems like you're suggesting I shut up and let myself (and the rest of my gender) be addressed like a horde of savages because victims exist of this horrible crime. The Christian seeks to never return to the sin he or she has committed. And certainly Jesus taught that the motives are important - he said that if you look at a woman lustfully, that's the same as adultery, and if you hate your brother, that's the same as murder. Asking for forgiveness without repentance (that is, a total change of heart, mind, and behavior) is useless - it's a false conversion. 0	22: Abortion / birth control / other religious beliefs Aren't you being a bit... dogmatic about that? :3 Truth be told, my motivation for wanting to see right in the world comes from a specific moral framework - while I'd prefer for other people to have the same motivation, in this case it shouldn't really matter - it benefits all of us for them to be involved in Men's Rights whether their motivation is primarily spiritual or pragmatic.
