As a Mexican-American/Latino/Hispanic/Brown (Whatever the fuck you wanna call me), it's about skill, desire, ambition and hard work. I do not have a problem with this, however, they need to tie it into an industry or discipline to avoid the whole race thing. For example, anglo white male who need financial assistance.
