How can I do that? Ive started to write journal few months ago, I think if I add more emotional content to that, maybe I could achieve a better emotional side of myself.

Sorry, Im not too familiar with the rules. I just really wanted to share my problem somwhere. Im lurking here time to time, im familiar with pua and ive read some trp articles. I do all the self improvement, reading training. I live like I want to live. But that doesnt really help to build relationships. I just want to find out if someone have had this problem and how they overcome it.

I agree, I might have emotional problems simply because I dont have them enough. All my biggest problems stem from that (inability to create telationships) Ive been shy most of my childhood and teenage years and didnt talk to girls at all. During High School I realized I need to change so I took the "fake it till you make it" advice. I've studied PUA, I think I know all the theory I should to get laid, but I have problems putting that to practice. I can be extraverted but most of the time Im too much in my head, and that makes it hard to suddenly be a part of conversation. Its like during convo Im thinking about something else so sometimes I find it hard to engage. That happens even when I talk to males, so I dont think its fear of women.
