that's actually not how it works. Men drive more on average, especially for their job, so they are more likely to get into an accident. Also, women are more likely to get into a minor accident whereas men are more likely to get into accidents at higher speeds. It's not in insurance companies best interest to pander to any gender, they simply base their policies off of statistics.
