If that is the only difference then you shouldn't have any issue using a restroom with women in public. In this case the state would be the Executive Branch of the U.S. government which is headed by the President and includes the State Department.

Renunciation requires presenting yourself at a Consulate or Embassy and signing documentation. The Executive Branch doesn't get to unilaterally decide who is a citizen and who isn't. If they believe she qualifies for the limited circumstances to revoke her citizenship they have to prove it in court.

as she was technically never a citizen they revoked the passport. That's the argument the administration is making not solid fact. There is question surrounding whether she was granted citizenship correctly as her father was a diplomat who had resigned his post a few months prior and it isn't 100% that his status expired by the time she was born. This has not been adjudicated in court as required.

There is no hypocrisy. Sex is not needed for individual survival. Procreation yes, survival no. If you don't have sex you will still live. Mistakes do happen which is something you accept when you decide to have sex. You knew going in that pregnancy could occur no matter what precautions you took. You also knew going in that the decision on whether to carry the baby the term was hers and not yours.
