In the morning I usually eat a bowl of cereals, for lunch i eat at the canteen. It's often a peace of meat and some rice or Pasta. For Dinner i eat 3 slices oder bread with cheese and 3 eggs. In between meals i eat an apple, a banana and some nuts

That could be quite difficult, because it is a cheap gym with no real trainer. And the other people training there are squatting with a bad form. I don't think that they can help me

Already drinking plenty of water and showering cold every morning (after I showered hot). There isn't much sunlight in the winter where I live. I'll try the rest of your tips, thank you.

I took accutane 3 years ago and it helped alot. I didn't have any acne for about one year. If the antibiotics don't work, my dermatologists will prescribe me accutane in 3 weeks
