It's great that the man won for once. Love that. But this still illustrates how broken the system is. Raising a kid absolutely does not take $1750 a month. I'm not saying it's cheap. But it's not $1750 a month. The amount you get should be based on how much it costs to raise a kid of that age first, and the income of the person second.

That really doesn't seem fair. I'm all for men's rights and I know men always get the short end of the stick when it comes to divorce but this is different. She won that money. Even if the court ordered her to split it I'd be like "ok, fine" but this seems ridiculous. I work with 2 guys who have to pay child support after fighting for custody of their children and losing. Makes my blood boil. See that's where I start to disagree with people. There doesn't need to be this predetermined age where sex is officially ok. Sex is a thing that humans want as soon as puberty starts and for good or for bad, young adults are largely told to suppress those feelings, at least until the age of 16 or so is when it seems to start being acceptable.
