If a crime is reported the school should have almost no part in deciding the punishment or level of enforcement. We as a society are already willing to weigh the mothers reproductive rights over the baby's right to life, so why are we not willing to weigh the father's reproductive rights over the baby's right to a well funded upbringing? If we assume that the mother was informed of the father's decision to financially abort, then she can decide whether or not to keep the child with the knowledge that she will not have the father to support it. Flaws in the argument that tabloid journalism is played out and full of gender stereotypes and generalizations? The difference is why this makes so many men here very uncomfortable, one is elective surgery, and the other is non-reversible and done when you are an infant. Also, it could be considered hearsay. Note that while a judge CAN decide to allow it into evidence, they can just as easily disregard it.
