From my experience, it's hard to MAKE someone realize their potential. Just be there, have encouraging words, but also protect yourself because it can be draining if you're empathetic.

LOUDER FOR THE LITTLE GIRLS WITH NO ROLE MODELS. Truly, what I appreciate the most about this sub is the sheer support and true feminism. It's truly sad how many of us were raised by well-meaning but TOTALLY lost women who may have appeared strong on the outside but were miserable on the inside. The patriarch has literally all of society brainwashed. It's horrifying.
