I got rid of this by stopping the labeling of girls on a scale from 1-10. It takes a while to get rid of this mentality and it takes even longer for you to see a girl who is VERY attractive and think you can get with her - but, this is my scale. ​ 0: No interest whatsoever 1: Would fuck/hang out (FWB) 2: Would LTR ​ Looks decides whether I'm interested in her in the first place. Personality/her past/my connection with her - are what decides whether I'll want to LTR her.

It's not a doubtful mindset. I don't doubt that she's a 9 for you. It's more that different people have a different scale of what a 9/10 is. If you rate a 9/10 based on her being thick, it means I'd rate her no more than a 5/10. But you might rate a girl who I think is a 9/10 because she's skinny af and is as flat as a board - a 5/10. ​ Plus, I'm just too used to it being the fat girls saying "I'm too much to handle". How would them buying a Mercedes rub off on you? How could this have happened - well, what have you done in all this time to make a success out of yourself? Did you try to build businesses? Did you always improve yourself? Did you always seek to learn more and increase your knowledge and skills? Because that's all we really have. Our own group where we can somewhat vent to one another and feel understood. We aren't organized enough that we can become a group and have any kind of discourse, mainly because we have no clear leaders and secondly, even if we did have leaders, there would be disagreements in between groups on what the leader should advocate for. ​ You are right though. But I see no clear solution. So until then - I'm subscribed to this nice little echo chamber here.

I get your last point, but the cases they really pursue are those where the person is extremely under-age. Say, less than 10 years of age. I don't think any police department would put that much resources into prosecuting someone for CP when the "child" is 17 years and 360 days old .

I figured, with artificial intelligence while still in its infancy, it's getting more and more powerful each day. And with facial recognition already being quite advanced, it wouldn't be hard to pick out the same people who have been on previously made material. I don't think it would even be that complex to detect something completely new, from a completely new person - would it?

The system they have go by hashes of the files. So when police bust a ring, they make hashes out of the files found, and share this database of hashes to sites like PornHub. So they can catch CP which has existed and been caught, but it cannot catch right away newly created material.
