Well, all the other advice I've seen on the top seems to be on point but I personally believe that you have a lot of room to work on tour body. I think that you believe that you are great physically but you could put on a lot more weight. Have you considered starting bulk season instead of cardio now that winter is close?

Do any of you break rules number one and two and still are able to pull this off?

To add to everything that has been said here: Get your damn testosterone tested. It's cheap, it's easy and it may be the root of your problems. I was a low T my whole life (still normal range) and never used hormones but at least by knowing it you can try natural methods to boost it. You say you eat well, maybe your diet neglecs fat a bit too much which is key for T.

Thank you for this. Now that I know twisted shit like this exist I'll know that no matter how dire my situation may seem I'm never gonna fall so low.

Doctors will at all costs avoid treatments. Why? Because of the risks it involves. I don't know if you've done your homework with steroid use but that shit is complicated. So imagine you are 15, you are a kid and all the men your age are shaving, developing muscle by sitting and having high sexual desires if not activity. You have 50 ng/dL of T which is nothing but your doctors will dismiss you because you are still growing up. Thing is you aren't. You are told to wait until you are 21 (the mini…

You are doing it again, instead of defending your argument you just attack what other people say to justify yourself, it's really lame, actually. Learn how to debate and come back with an open mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/17 04:07 PM

Just admit that you don't want a debate much less your mind changed and finish with this, I say again, go to r/thebluepill and fill them with all the hate since it's unwanted here
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/17 03:59 PM

It's kinda sad how argumentation nowadays became so circlejerky and entirely based on feelings, we were shown even that when they are provided with scientific research that supports rp claims they just reject it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/17 03:54 PM
2

I'm not quite sure about what you meant but saying "take those altright to a safe space" (paraphrased) sounds like something that shouldn't be used in a debate. Taking down another person's argument by attacking them isn't what's done here, r/thebluepill is a much better place if you don't like having people disagree with you
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/17 03:50 PM

I don't think it is in fact such a horrible claim. What are you? A man or a woman? Are you married or have been at least in a LTR? If so regardless of gender you can't say that the thought of infidelity never crossed your mind and if it didn't well, congratulation actually, you are one in a billion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/17 03:46 PM

What u/disposable_pants is saying is true and you shouldn't attack him based on his opinion of your post, much less judge him over his political views/personal life. That's kinda inmature of you. About the rp post. I found it through you and read it all and don't see these horrible claims the OP is saying. In fact, most of the content in that post is reffering to really common knowledge. I disagree with the community when they start making claims about "women do this, women do that" when it's ac…

Concentrate 100% in technique and discipline for now. Maybe you should do hypertrophy until you know more about how to do the excercises to avoid injury in the first 5 minutes into lifting. Also, don't think that lifting light won't give you gains. At first do 12 reps in the most weight you are able to and the results will appear (lower bf, muscle growth and a bit of strength) but you'll get stuck in some months and then is when you train strength.
/r/askTRP10/05/17 08:16 PM

Yeah but that leaves the conversation at a dull point I believe
/r/askTRP09/05/17 09:04 PM
2

Right but I still don't have the smoothness neccesary to keep a conversation flowing that flawlessly with a total stranger, so little guidance is always good. Time and practice, I guess, thanks for the contribution

Mind sharing an example? Those terms are too advanced for my english level
/r/askTRP07/05/17 08:11 AM

True. A girlfriend gifted me a t-shirt a couple of months ago and told me I looked like a fuckboy when wearing it, decided to give it a try.
/r/askTRP07/05/17 07:56 AM
3

That sounds great too. Sadly it took me more than neccesary to start wearing tight clothes, I felt naked and weird, the hardest part is the mental fixing.
/r/askTRP07/05/17 07:52 AM

Mmhh, I like it. Plus I was using a tight shirt today when the topic appeared

Because before you can start banging every girl you see, you have to be in good terms with yourself. It looks like you are trying to describe the monk mode. Monk mode is when a dude isolates himself to improve so that he re-enters his former life as a new man, this may include lifting, reading (the theory) or studying. To attract high value people you must become high value first, and to accomplish that you must sometimes have a little break.

/r/MensRights13/04/17 03:58 PM

I don't complain or say anything anout religion because that is something that has been carried for thousands of years, but as someone who isn't from the USA this makes me ill and confused. It is known that it has no benefit, not only that but it has a lot of cons too. Letting mothers alone choose is also a mistake since ehh, they don't have a dick. I would never try to modify my children's bodies, much less my daughters.
/r/MensRights13/04/17 02:26 AM
2

Yeah, I see your point and agree, but those are external acomplishments, if you base your self image in your past success you start looking that those 50 year olds that still remember when they were quarterbacks back in high school. You are trapped in your body, you'll spend 100% of your time in it, it's really calming to be in good terms with your body, by changing it or by making peace with yourself.
/r/seduction09/04/17 02:48 AM
4

Well I have to disagree. I was always midly confident but when I was 16 I decided to start cutting and then bulking. Then I realised that confidence came with looks, that's why good players of the Game are mostly good looking, it's not always because women like your image, but because you naturally develop a different self image of yourself, your posture improves, you speak better, you start seeing yourself as the price. I agree that fixing your mind is way more difficult that improving your bod…

But what happens when someone enters and starts putting dots that are not only useless, but detrimental to this data bank? People pass from getting good, reliable info to misunderstanding the core concepts of the theory.

The problem in my opinion is that many men are leaving hundreads of unsupervised power drills with a sign that asks kids to make a hole in their heads

In an ideal world every red piller would be like you, however we see many who go on a never ending rant and never actually apply the concepts learnt to the real world. Like 3 months ago the user I mentioned went on a frenzy posting up to 10 posts per day. This is what we are facing these days.

Yeah, I've seen this twisted logic in some buddies before. They had a crippling oneitis for one girl and waited years for the right moment to make a move so that they didn't blow it. Either way you pass from having 0 chance to something so I guess it's always a win

You are putting too much value into one thing. No matter of it's a woman or anything else, diversify, make your life happier by having many things to be happy about. Should you break up with her? Hell no, you are still enjoying your turn, no reason to end it now if you are happy.

I was hoping for the topic to pop up. Talking about history: shouldn't the provider traits be desirables and therefore alphaish if it all comes form the ages of stone? I mean, being muscular, a leader and assertive meant food for her mouth. Nowadays it's the opposite. Why do they despise providers?

What they really don't understand is that they are helping the manosphere grow. I discovered this place in a thread about the most horrible subs.

He put one in a comment above. Plus why doubting so much? I can't imagine why someone would try to impress people he doesn't know. Even if it's a lie the results are the expected

Like I always say, women have mastered the art of make-up across the centuries and now that they have pictures where they can get the angle they want + filters and shit there's no way to know what you are looking at. That's why you never trust social media.
/r/TheRedPill30/03/17 02:15 AM

Yeah I know but the best way I found to do that is to be empathic and try to find some common ground so it doesn't feel like an interrogation. I'm aware this isn't the best of methods. Thanks for the link I will check it out later

I'd say yes, but not for now. It happened to me in my early days that she started calling on me some masculine traits and said that I must stop trying to pretend I'm someone I'm not and that sort of bullshit. Keep her for now but bear in mind that at the second she starts getting pissed about something (anything rp or not) she'll demand you to stop and become submissive.
/r/askTRP27/03/17 10:31 PM

Nothing official, just meant that you are above the 15% bf which is considered "lean" I don't think that sub has a lot of guides but for men who want to gain and then cut r/gainit is the best I think, avoid places like r/fitness because most people there are fat or women and it's mostly misleading.
/r/askTRP25/03/17 06:08 PM

You are way too out of the lean zone. Cut. If you are doubting I recommend r/bulkorcut
/r/askTRP25/03/17 05:50 PM

I think that thinking "I'm finally an alpha male" is the same like saying "I'm finally huge" when bulking. If you are doing it right you will most likely never be quite satisfied

I mean nowadays it wouldn't be weird to find an article like this in a feminist magazine if the numbers were flipped, but this is against all logic
/r/MensRights21/03/17 03:28 AM

Why do they make ir about gender? And why do they make it about race too? I hate this kind of shit just as I hate stuff being female-centered. This has little to do with mens rights actually, little can be done about this.
/r/MensRights19/03/17 02:12 AM

Why do they make this horrible stuff that shouldn't happen to anyone, a gender issue? They should be fighting for everybody, men and women alike.

Had something similar happening to me: Oneitis: you are fat, ugly, kinda feminine and look childish and I love you for that! 8 months of self-improvement later... Oneitis: you are getting toned, take care of your appareance, are lore masculine and this transformation is every girl's dream. I'm leaving you. Given that I didn't know about trp back in the day that level of logic got my mind trapped in a riddle for a long, long time.

In spanish they day femicidio or feminicidio. At first it was only used by feminists but they sort of made the word public so now it's said on the news, written on the newspapers and a lot of places where an invented word shouldn't be. It'll probably be accepted as an official word in a couple of years.

If you can't see why disrespecting 60% of a country's religion because these bitches want to reclaim stupid shit that have nothing to do with the church, you have the same mental level of these red haired feminists.

I'm from Uruguay (Argentina's neighbor country) and this was done in almost every country in Latin America. The hate towards church was always bigger than the hate towards men but now they are coming to the same level. And about the equal pays it's just about the same that is happening across the whole world. Different pay is illegal but they get paid less because most women eventually ends up pregnant and retire for several months, they use this to their advantage because they "forget" to menti…

When you accomplish something great or finally develop the body you wanted compliments and validation will start to flow. It's really hard to remain untouched by those things becuase they grant you made a real, solid progress. I think that as long you don't run only by/for validation it's ok to recieve and enjoy when you are recongised. Also: some day people will forget or become used to the person you are, that's why TRP and fitness subreddits/forums agree that motivation can only take you so f…

Back when I started with TRP, the rational male and PUA I was in a LTR. i wasn't unhappy at all, but I was fascinated by the material and I knew nothing lasts forever. As I got into lifting, I got lean and confident, I started following my dream career and my desired hobby, my life seriously improved. All of a sudden she says she isn't happy anymore, her arguments were totally non-rational to me, they made no fucking sense, why would she be like that after I became the best version of myself in …

As a pilot myself I was advised by an airline pilot the best advice I could ever get, it wasn't that good but coming from him, a guy a aspire to be one day, it was meaningful. While I was questioning him about how to improve and how to achieve that he just said "dude, just enjoy what you are doing now and leave that for tomorrow" Took that to heart and applying it daily, never been happier

You are really lucky that your bones are small. I was obese as a child, totally above my control, now my hips are wider and it took me a year of lifting to get a male shape. That's an issue, if you get muscle it will cover up your bones and give you the shape you desire
/r/askTRP07/03/17 02:50 PM

Awesome idea, but most of this rules should already be in TRP mindset, so if anyone here is still showing these behaviours they shouldn't be focused on your challenges, they should be reading the sidebar and hitting the gym.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/17 05:19 PM

As others have said before: TRP isn't an improvement in your life, it's a self-destruction. You are attempting to take down everything you took as granted and revert it to favour yourself.

While I find this to be true and a very sad truth, I may also contribute by saying that the opposite also exists. This highly depends on your logistics and chances are that neither you or men in general have seen it. Some really rare women think their SMV is way lower than it really is. I'm talking about 6-10 women thinking they are the lower half at least. Personally I've only seen it once in a LTR and I'll probably never going to see it again but that also has it's cons too. They'll will stop …

I put it in the wrong words. I tried to express that in TRP community ghosting is advised to use in a different manner, as I said before, the critic was oriented to the post, not to the example shown.
/r/TheRedPill19/02/17 04:51 AM
1

I don't see the reason to ghost her like that. We usually use ghosting as a method to punish a woman for doing something disrespectful, having an annoying attitude more than once, etc. That way she reevaluates what she did wrong and comes again wanting to be apologized. That being said: why woulf anyone simply ghost a girl who did nothing wrong? I mean clearly we don't know his side, she probably showed herself as a crazy bitch who wanted anyone who could be her boyfriend but the post makes me t…

Can't disagree with that, I myself I'm against plates and one night stands, there's something distasteful about that in my opinion. But I also think that the future men will have trouble not because our actions but because of general society changing (a.k.a feminism and all that bullshit)
/r/MGTOW15/02/17 03:30 AM

I respectfully disagree. If TRP taught me one thing is that you should improve yourself and that way success will come along instead of doing the opposite (for example making women your life objective) Most red pillers go there to find out how to get women but along the way if the journey is correctly made, they discover that women wasn't what they wanted. I personally believe that this leaves me on the front door of the MGTOW way of life, in fact, I discovered this via TRP. I will agree that mo…

I'm from Uruguay and I should add that some europeans earned that fame too.
/r/TheRedPill14/02/17 07:09 AM

Almost, Uruguay since we are lagging behind first world countries in terms of all this liberal shit, in an attempt to be more similar to Europe and the like, they are creating this laws, giving more benefits to women, they just legalized gay marriage. They are basically trying really hard to destroy the family concept.
/r/MGTOW13/02/17 03:44 PM

In my country the pro-feminist goverment made a law that states that if a couple has lived for a certain amount of time in the same place (I don't think it has to be even romantically) the same "benefits" of marriage apply. So, happy us! Now we get automatically castrated without having to ask.

What do you mean when you say that "she'll be riding the CC and getting Chad's attention"? Dude, she's a 40 year old woman hit the wall really long ago, she's probably obese and hasn't been giving a shit about her looks. Unless there's a new kind of low standard chad I'm not aware of this is completely off the table. I agree with the blue bill cucks that's for sure.

That bullshit concept of the "relationship weight" is something so accepted that often people think there's no way around and they are a fat piece of shit after 2-5 months. The 20% improvement is no myth as I believed earlier in life. Of course, 12lbs sounds a bit too much for a starter as him will probably will lose some fat even from lifting alone (as my case was)

This is why you see the same people at the gym and the new people often disapear quickly. Once you get passed the "feeling motivated" fase you have to enter the discipline one. I'm sure I'd have quit if I didn't enjoy lifting (I started way before discovering TRP)
/r/TheRedPill24/01/17 09:49 PM

The best part about lifting is that, if done correctly (not too often, but with effort) you won't pass two months without visible results. Hell, society led me to believe that excercise was the most difficult thing on earth and after 3 months I already had no fat and muscles.

On the Youtube video she confidently says that black women are being criminalized and that's the reason she was in jail, because society stigmatized her. I went on a vacation to the USA once some years ago. We were warned about the situation but I never imagined it was so terrible. Anything sightly racist could be seen as a brutal offense, they even told us not to say the word "negro" (which means "black" in spanish so we had to use it sometimes) and damn they were right, we were seen like if were some europeans trying to kidnap them and putting them in cotton fields. Dude, true racism stopped years ago, now black people as well as people of othe…

I dunno man, some of the stuff feminists did were ok (in the past, think about early 20th century) and now it turned into a big snowball of bullshit. Most of us hate feminists because they don't want to be equal, they want to be better without working for it. Some days ago I saw a post about our beloved gender gap and obviously a bunch of feminazis jumped to tell how the patriarchy is horrible. But think about it, a house maid deserves to win the same as an engineer? It makes no sense at all, bu…

The best decision I made in my life was to stop taking my phone to the gym. I used it as a distraction, then just as a cronometer but it was still tempting to check a message or fuck around. Buy a sports watch and don't use your phone of better yet, don't even take it

I don't want to seem to be a blue pill feminist right now but come on, this bitch was on drugs (which here is considered a red flag, specially for LTRs) and because of that maybe she was with those dudes since they paid the drugs. I get the point but be fair, this kind of human grabage is not that common.

That depends: are you doing something interesting/cool/fun in the pictures? Great, they see you as someone who does something with his life. Are you posting photos of your food/pets or (cringing) selfies? Then you become lame in their eyes. Why? Because girls post that crap, and they know better than anyone that they aren't interesting at all. You said it takes 5 min, then I'm guessing you are more keen to do option 2. You should stop, instead post when you are doing something somewhat interesti…

Your journey then, will be much more difficult. This isn't about being a narcissist and thinking you are over the world, actually we are taught her on TRP that you must aknowledge that you are nothing and that nobody gives a shit about you. But at the same time you also need to apply this to others and give them less power over you.
/r/askTRP02/01/17 08:02 PM

Dude, you already know someone whose worth your time an energy: yourself. Your story is about you and nobody else, you'll be a slave until you learn to love yourself above everything. If you pass your emotions to the next chick you will run into the same situation.
/r/askTRP02/01/17 07:48 PM

Don't let her (or any other future girl) be the owner of your emotions, get fucking over her. In my case I gotta see the lying bitch regularly because of a mutual friend's group and I don't give a damn, why? Because I don't give a shit about her anymore, it's a closed chapter and I treat her like any other person.

I love how the six pack is usually feared by the low 80% percent of men because they see it as something unachieveable, in my case it was the easyest muscle to develop, four months in and I already have them, the chest too, but damn my arms are still kind of small

I have been told by (sort of formal) friends that my personality is kind of a turn-off because while they drink, get high, etc. I work out and study. Video Games are hated by the RP pill community because it seems like nobody has moderation about them. They aren't different from any other kind of time-wasting activity and that doesn't mean that they are totally bad for you. Let's accept the fact that nobody is able to be constantly doing something to increase their SMV like lifting or studying, your mind needs a break. Of course that if you play all day long you have a problem but that doesn't mean that you have to cut them off, limit your pl…

This happened to me recently. I lifted, cut and eventually I got a summer body right in time (here, summer starts in November) and I went with my class to Brazil on vacation. I was really ashamed to show my body after a whole life of being obese, you know fat rolls, man boobs, all that. Now I had a six pack, wide shoulders and firms thights but this thoughts still didn't get out of my mind. When I was there at the beach I was horribly amazed how everyone was so out of shape. Girls with a 10/10 s…

Would you really prefer that she makes up a stupid generic excuse to reject? I think this kind of front women are scarce. Who knows maybe the reason she didn't tell you is because it's too embarassing to tell you, after all you don't know her very well. Play along, she didn't do anything wrong, she didn't ghost you or anything, just offered an alternative because she wants to spend time with you.

I'm 16 years old too. Sit down I'll tell you my story. My entire life I was the little fat kid, since de age of 5 I was obese. With obesity comes the lack of ability to play sports, keep up with others or be really respectable, so quality male friends were kind of rare so I took refugee in girls, let's not call orbiter because I never had any interest in them, but it was classical beta shit. Fast forward to this august I got my shit in place, cutting, lifting, all that crap. Now to your actual q…

This is just really dumb. In my past LTR most of the sex I had with her didn't even mean genital contact. She says it hurts? Fine BJ and HJ are still a thing, if she's not into them she's probably not into pleasing you and therefore you should consider stop giving her the benefits you are providing now.

There's no way (at least for me) to use every moment of the day to something useful. I bust my ass in the gym for 2hs and get exhausted, study during the day and try to cook/plan my meals. Sometimes you need a break, you will eventually find a way to waste time because your mind needs it, otherwise you will eventually break. Don't tell me that you haven't wachted a single minute of TV, browsing the internet or taking a damn nap in an entire year but if you didn't I salute you for your determinat…

May I ask why video games are anti-RP? I mean, I undestand nobody likes a fat, loser with acne who plays games all day but why is it wrong to do it in your free time? Ideal for when resting your muscles after an intense gym session

The only dude I knew that could do this was a guy I knew who was a natural alpha. He was a commercial pilot with a very, very long route, being outside the country for 3-7 days wasn't weird at all and came home with a very decent amount of money. His wife knew he was surrounded by hot female staff of the time. There you have marriage+cohabitation+dread.

I don't understand this kind of behaviour. Before I would have thought that the less attractive one (A.K.A me at the start of the relationship) compensated being less attractive with other good traits, as I did back in the day. But finishing a relationship "just in case he leaves me" doesn't make any sense and probably will lead to regret

My first (real) sexual experiences have been all with her. Take into account that in my country sexuality isn't as open as you may think, women of all ages (from what I heard) are really hesistant to jump into bed with a random guy, it doesn't help that at this age they are being ashamed for even having sex with anyone so everything is really shady. I had to even keep my sexual life like a secret even if it all was with a girl that I had been with for an entire fucking year. That being said, amo…
