Having been a salesman myself it’s funny the amount of leads I’ve had where the wife hasn’t been in and the husband says he will have to wait for her to make a decision but if it’s the other way round it’s always an easier sale. Oh and this may sound racist but if you get a couple where the man is black and the woman white you can always sell for more.
