I think guys need to understand that people flirt all the time in the workplace because they know its kinda harmless. Most guys will not pursue workplace flings, so girls can flirt for fun and get easy validation that way.

Thabks for the write up. The profile you linked in the cologne section is empty. Do you know where we can find the guide?

If I left the marital home, then so did she. Maybe my wording wasn't clear. We agreed on 50/50 custody split. Every couple of days we switch and the person who doesn't have the kids for that day stays elsewhere. I spent a few days at my brothers while she had the kids and then she went and spent a few days at her brother's while I had the kids. I am not in the USA btw. I will see what the lawyer says tomorrow, but I'm 99% sure I'm in the clear here because I only left once we had a tentative agr…

OYS 3 33 Married 6 yrs. 2 kids 5'7" 189 (20% navy). Mission: someone made a good point about my mission being shit last OYS. I want to have a career that I find meaning in and that I'm well compensated for in order to live a satisfying life. I want to enjoy myself in all endeavors, romantic, professional or otherwise. Finally, I want to be a good dad to my kids. Read: NMMNG, WISNIFG, MMSLP (70%), 123 Magic. Physical: training is going well. Weight keeps coming down from 237 in february. I usuall…

Thanks for pointing his lifts out. He's certainly on the weaker side. Although with sub 15% bodyfat, I question whether he would get more results by improving his lifts, or by adding more alpha, fixing nice guy behaviors and improving frame.

Bro you have sub 15% bodyfat, good height and decent weight. You probably are in the 95th percentile of men in terms of looks. If you don't get interest from other women, try and figure out why. Is it clothes? Style? Haircut? Off putting attitude/vibe? If you do get interest from other girls then it's not the looks that are holding your sex life back. You are probably lacking alpha behaviors if you look great and she won't fuck you.

Check out HoA's post on the ILYBINILWY speech. It's essentially a death sentence for your relationship.

I don't have anything to offer as far as advice goes, but man with your stats , I was sure you'd have the sex figured out. Are you getting interest from girls outside of your relationship?

I still don't understand. Why does she dictacte when you need to take a day off? I understand taking a day off if your kid is sick or something but it doesn't sound like that's the case? Your PTO is your own and you get to decide what you do with it? Even if she asked you nicely, it doesn't make sense to me.

I am a newbie too, so maybe I don't qualify to give you advice but having two kids aged 2 and 4 your comment on the schedule hit home. Looks to me you should be able to have hobbies and go hit golf balls for an hour if that's what youwant to do. Why are you saying you fucked up? Seems like youre living in her frame, maybe I just don't understand your point.

Thank you for your answer. So what you are saying is that I should let go of the resentment for my own benefit and just focus on taking my life in the direction that I want to take it?

I was not untrained. I had stopped training because kids and all that. I competed in Olympic weightlifting from ages 11 to 25. Best back squat is 230kg, best deadlift is 255kg and best bench press is 275 pounds. I am not interested in training for strength anymore as I've done that for many years, and unfortunately the competing has left me with some nagging injuries that I'm not willing to put up with anymore. I didn't include them because I didn't think it was relevant. I estimate my bodyfat t…
