East of Eden, Siddhartha, 1984, Crime and Punishment, The Alchemist, The Kite Runner, The Outsiders, etc., There's a lot of fiction. Hell you can even read some Shakespeare or the Harry Potter series. Just Google fiction books, read the descriptions and start with the books that grab your attention or seem interesting.

Have you tried meditation? It truly is something that I believe everyone should try. Focusing on your breath helps you focus on other tasks throughout the day. As far as reading just set aside 30 mins in your schedule everyday. If you only focus for 15 the first day, cool, try for 20 mins the following day. Discipline and consistency is important here.
