I’m a Christian but religion to me is more than just believing in a higher power. I like to look at it as a mindset. Religion pushes people to think for themselves, for instance “what do I believe I can do to satisfy this higher power?” In the form of appeasing a being that we will never understand until we meet it, we act on our own accord. You can call it a form of self manipulation. People pick and choose what religion they go with. Some people even end up changing religions. They do so becau…

A lot of words come out of the mouths of people who won’t impact your life in the long run. Do you. How do you see yourself in your circle of friends? Pay attention to yourself. Maybe they enjoy how you react. It’s all fun and games until you decide otherwise.

Maybe they’re on a trip and need to go to the bank? Idk. Going out doesn’t just mean dinner. They might not care to help look for shoes. Doesn’t change the fact they went out together.

There’s a plethora of reasons as to why couples do stuff together wether it be business, pleasure or a mix of the two. It’s not about what they do. It’s simply about wanting to do something with their partner.

It makes sense in older couples. Back in the day men worked and brought home the bacon while the women were stay at home moms and took care of the financial stuff., ie depositing the check in the bank, grocery shopping, bills etc. That way men were able to focus on their business.

Y’all have been friends for a long time. It’s not your responsibility to fix him. Let him make mistakes. Let him learn on his own. Just be there for him. Things start to get difficult in your 20’s. Adult life starts, mental breakdowns are bound to happen and get into your head that he does not need to tell you anything. And so what if he doesn’t? If the sudden change in him makes you question 20 years of friendship then you two must not have been as close as you say. Be the crab on the edge of t…

Next time give him a hug, lick his face and tell him how you love the way he talks down to you and if he continues you can just say “you just want me to lick your face again, you gay boy you”

A worthy goal to us means nothing to you. A worthy goal to you is every goal you see through to the end. Think about what you enjoy, what you want to do, plan for it or wing it (whatever you prefer) see it through to the end and feel proud of yourself.

The book “As A Man Thinketh” by James Allen is a great book I read when I start to stray from my path. One of my favorite quotes from the book is Be not impatient in delay But wait as one who understands When spirit rises and commands The gods are ready to obey No matter how tough the obstacles become in your life never stray from your path and the world and gods will work in your favor.

People fuck each other because they want to. Plain and simple.

Idk man, from your post you seem high enough smv to make her want to lock you down even tho you’re not her exact type. You’re the prize so stay the prize. Also, she lets you go through her phone, she knows you saw that text and now look at you hamstering. Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken.

What about just letting him read the introduction to The Rational Male and see what he thinks of it? If he’s intrigued he’ll probably get the book himself and come across everything else on his own.

You want to go out and drink with your co workers? Invite them out! Make that shit happen! I think it’s controversial when it comes to inviting yourself vs being invited. For a first encounter I think it’s perfectly fine to invite yourself. They don’t know what you’re like out of work so why would anyone want to bring in a potential hazard? If you find that you’re inviting yourself all the time then that should speak for itself. Best solution I can think of is to invite them out yourself. The gu…

Loving yourself, to me, is just a perk that comes with how much work you put in yourself. One day you’ll wake up and just feel great.

Sounds like he’s doing what you should be doing. Focus on yourself. I don’t know your case but in mine I don’t hear from my friends ranging from 1-6 months. It’s adulting. We all have a lot on our plate and no one wants to deal with or has time to deal with something repugnant like “why don’t we talk anymore.” It shows neediness and no one likes feeling like they have to be a friend. So just keep doing your own thing and stay positive! You’ll look and be more respectful.

I like to think that anxiety is your mind telling you that you’re about to leave your comfort zone. The man who went out of his way to experience life will come out stronger than the man who googled from the safety of his home. Technology plays a part. “Everyone’s life online is so much better than mine.” Everyone is comfortable and don’t know what they want right now and focus on what others have then drown themselves in jealousy and more negative feelings. Negativity breeds more negativity. Ha…

I think we should remember that a society is made out of its people. For a society to be straightened out its people need to be straightened out first. People like to talk about society and how bad it is. We can talk all we want but no one is taking action to make a change. I believe an rp mindset would help out here in a sense that rp knowledge is about you and achieving your best interest. When someone finally decides to step up and lead people in a way that makes them want to pursue their bes…
