| 1 | What's wrong with SL?There is nothing wrong with it, it's a very good program to get into lifting and getting fit in general. I followed the program religiously for the first year or so. I became much more fit, gained more strength, and got great back, glutes, and thighs. Aesthetically however, there were compartments that cannot be achieved with stronglifts.
