I did dance some couple dances varying from lindyhop, balboa, shag, blues, salsa and tango. I found tango is not just a dance but it improves your male posture and it is one of the red pill dances you can ever try. If going to gym is for your muscles and testosterone boost. Tango is for your posture, your body language and how to be a man. Just a note that since it is redpill as hell you only see old women and old couples dancing, if you can get over that it does wonders.

I am an Indian dude in DK and have to say the women are masculine where the guys are feminine as fuck.
