I'm really sorry about that. It should be fixed now. The site I got it from is in the upper right hand corner. They've got different workouts you can customize. This is also targeted towards a barbell ( all I have) though you could do all of them I think with h dumbbells fine.

This is some sage advice here op. Honestly the fact that you're this young and already trying to improve yourself means you won't have alot of the same struggles some of us did. I didn't get into shape until late twenties and developed a social game shortly before. Doing it now means you'll be able to be more selective later.

Eggs, nuts, milk, there's alot of ways to get protein outside of meat. For lifting you should focus on a full body workout. Alot of people will tell you to target certain areas when strength training but they're dumb. Work your whole body and the results will speak for themselves. Start lifting. Now. Don't stop. Eat shit tons of protein. Fuck sugar. Make it a point to approach and talk to at least one strange female in a day. If she shoots you down be respectful and move on but make an attempt. Confidence is key, if you're not sure about anything how can anyone be sure about you. You'll be swimming in it soon. Best advice I can give is treat every woman like she's gonna be your wife. Respect will take you far.

These questions are so hard to answer since there are so many variables. How you present the situation, yourself, and how she interprets it is different for every single woman. No matter what anyone tells you if the scooter works for you then get it and eventually you'll find a chick that's more worried about you them your ride. Eventually lol
