1	Once a beta always a beta? Well first impressions are quite important because your brains creates a shortcut that it reuses over and over again to shorten the time it takes to process information. Honestly, it is hard to change someone's mind about you fast. The change will be harder if you see this person frequently, since the person won't be able to notice the change. 1	Break from dating Frankly, (and I am a dating coach), no. It won't hurt your game. The only thing that matters is your mindset. You can longer or shorter breaks, its doesn't matter as long as you have an alpha mindset.
