Teacher sues My point is feminists almost flatly refuse to address the real possibility of false rape accusations, and they cite "2%" as a statistic just like they cite "78 cents for every dollar". It's based on some FBI estimate based on convictions. It's just as dangerous as saying "Only 40% of rapes are convicted, therefore, the majority of rapes are fake". 3	(xpost from TIL) Brian Banks did 5 yrs in jail after a high school girl falsely accused him of rape. She also sued the school district & won $1.5m. Yrs later she admitted to him that she lied. He taped the conversation, his conviction was overturned & the school district sued her back for $2.6m Just remember guys, being falsely accused of rape and convicted of a rape you never committed is totally not as bad as a guy actually raping a girl because _____.
