Try looking into resistance bands if you can't find a gym. They are a super cheap way to add resistance to body weight exercise. Rule of thumb is, you need to constantly do in a range where you cannot do more than 8 reps, and keep progressively increasing the load.

Seek advice from an anxiety counselor. How many students are enrolled in your college, and out of them, how many gets false allegation? Is it worth to wallow over a slim chance that you may get falsely charged? You already keep a strict professional environment, that should help a lot. Get friends outside the medical school to hangout and party.

OMG, when I was reading this article, I was confused if it was written by me in an alternate reality. My ex was not diagnosed with BPD, but she never went to psych evaluation.
