I’d say this is fair simply because it’s still a trade, it says free drinks but that doesn’t mean it’s really free, it just doesn’t cost money so the price is now a bit of your dignity instead
Yes you can, you can appeal the case to a higher court however I doubt this lady will be doing that considering she is facing basically no consequences, though the family of the molested probably will try and most likely fail
