I've read many stories about guys using the viagra for a few times to just get to that confidence back. It really is a viscious feedback loop, and I'm having suck difficulty with it that I don't know how I can escape on my own, especially when I know it upsets my girlfriend, though she tries to act like it doesn't. I don't necessarily think mine is porn induced as I haven't watched porn in a long time, but rather just anxiety created by a few bad experiences. How did you break out of the cycle?

I agree, it is nerves. I just can't seem to get over them. I've been seeing her for a few months now and that negative feedback loop only seems to be getting worse. I can tell she really wants it though, which like I said makes it a bit more difficult. She says she will be patient, but I feel like she's just saying that as she got kind of upset with me the last time it happened.

I haven't watched porn in months, though I did way too much growing up.

I have sexual anxiety, but on top of not beig able to come, I also have trouble staying hard for PIV sex. It's really frustrating, but I'm working on it.

Thanks for the write up, I really appreciate it. Wine isn't a bad idea. I keep telling myself I'm just going to start slow, and if I don't feel aroused I won't escalate, if I am aroused though, it should feel pretty natural at that point. I guess it's the act of actual penetration that seems so foreign. I guess we'll see what happens.

Someone please give me some advice. I'm a 23 year old virgin and I've hung out with a girl now a couple times. She's hot, and has been down to fuck both times I've hung out with her. The problem is, I can't get out of my fucking head and just have sex with her. Even though I'm literally laying in bed with her, I still feel in the moment like she wouldn't want me to escalate or touch her body. We have made out and cuddled, but that's it. Also, I've never really been into porn, so I literally have…

Definitely ask her out. You don't really have anything to lose. If she says no, you'll know where you stand and will have made your attraction to her clear. If she says yes, then you also have a pretty good idea of where you stand and can continue to escalate things.

Same man. The other night, I spoke with and danced with a girl for close to an hour, when I made the mistake of asking if she wanted to come back to my place. I'm not great at pickup, and I probably should have just asked for her number. Then, last night, I spoke with two different girls and ended up getting both of their numbers. The second number I got I was really proud of myself as I felt pretty smooth and confident when I asked. I literally said "I know you're not going to be in town tomorr…

Just my opinion, but I wouldn't do this. Seems incredibly petty. Be an adult and have an honest conversation with her.

I had kind of a similar situation develop recently. She's probably not interested in you in that way. For me, when I'm into or pursuing one girl, it makes me lose interest in others. I tend to develop "tunnel vision", which I'm working on. Anyways, put yourself past the idea of being with her. If she wanted something to happen, it probably would have. Focus on meeting other women. If she does approach you down the line, great, but don't count on it.

How can I learn how to do that? I'm really trying and am getting better, but I feel like I should be moving quicker or something. Do you have any advice or how you started?

I probably would pay for a bootcamp if I knew a good one nearby that wasn't too expensive.

Ok, so I was rejected this weekend in a situation I handled pretty poorly. Basically, told a girl I've known for a little while that I liked her instead of using actual game or ACTUALLY attracting her through my actions. How do I start with all this? I've read a lot of the sidebar as well as posts here, but I still just really feel like I have no fucking clue what I'm doing when I do go out. I wish I had an expert I could just go out with and have him tell me what to do. I'm about to the point w…

I don't know man, I agree with the OP. It's kind of immature to get butthurt and upset when someone doesn't reply to texts within a certain time frame. Of course, I'd say this is different if it was someone you were really close to or in a relationship with, but maybe that's just me. I can understand him not giving in to her hissy fit.

How did you go about doing that?
/r/seduction06/08/18 07:39 AM

Good job approaching. It isn't easy. I try to tell myself that I'll be happy as long as I have the balls to approach. Doesn't matter what reaction she has or if I embarrass myself, as long as I can have the courage to face my fear.
/r/seduction02/08/18 05:50 PM

Right. You don't "realize" that your subconscious mind is acting on you, but it still influences behavior and perception.
/r/seduction02/08/18 05:44 PM

I think he probably means it's more of a subconscious thing, like if she finds the guy attractive, she will want to sleep with him.

Honestly man, you're thinking about things WAY too much. Text her. If she responds, ask her out. If you guys get along well in person and there's some mutual attraction, then think about possibly being in relationship with her. The dating process is long and complicated in a way. You're way too invested in her for how little you've spoken with her. You're likely to be let down with expectations like that. It's weird, a good while ago I used to be the same way. Eventually, after being let down so…

Thanks for the advice man. Here's my dilemma. Personally, I would like to become more comfortable around someone and get to know them a bit before fucking. Even with my male friends, it typically takes me a couple times hanging out before I can relax and enjoy myself. On the other side though, I'm a 23 year old virgin, and if a girl is down to have sex with me, I want to take that opportunity. If anything, just to get this monkey of virginity off my back. We'll see what happens I guess.
/r/seduction27/07/18 04:01 PM

Don't text her unless she texts you. Set a date, and let that be that.

A few things that helped change my perspective. 1.) Having my heart broken 2.) moving out of my Dad's house 3.) commiting to not talking to people or "trying" to make friends for 2-3 months. This one is slightly more controversial, but it allowed me to get a hold of my own happiness and enjoy time alone while also developing my own habits and goals. All this being said, I still struggle with neediness and seeking approval from others. Slowly but surely I'n getting better though.

Attraction in men is usually much simpler than attraction for women. If he doesn't find you attractive, you won't change his mind. Might as well just find out.

What you do certainly matters, which is why the concept of college scares me, in that most people don't have experience or actually know if they will enjoy what they're getting into. As for me, I worked an 8-5 office job that I absolutely despised for a few years that I recently quit to cook in a kitchen. Still around 40 hours a week, but I'm enjoying it much more. Will probably move up to 50-60 hours a week soon.

Good advice, thanks.

Do you have any people or friends that you hang out with on campus? Honestly, I know this probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but just try and make more friends. Every party I've been invited to is usually by a mutual friend. In terms of making friends, I have a lot of trouble with that as well, so I probably couldn't give the best advice. In my opinion, bettering yourself, reducing anxiety, and just becoming more comfortable in conversation are the things that seem to be helping me.

I'm in the same boat buddy, let's do this shit!

I'm very inexperienced, so take my word with a grain of salt, but I definitely wouldn't do this. Seems a bit needy. If anything, send her an unrelated text and see if she responds.
/r/seduction12/07/18 01:46 AM
1

I'm the exact same way. It's like, even if I really started dancing with a girl or something similar, I probably wouldn't be turned on or aroused as I would just be anxious. It's a fucking pain in the ass.
/r/seduction12/07/18 01:43 AM
2

I mean, I could be wrong, as I am also pretty inexperienced with women, but I think if she's attracted to you from the offset, then the "friend zone" or moving too fast won't be an issue. I don't know though, maybe just be flirty in your language and conversation? Compliment her on something she's wearing, say she looks cute, whatever, just make it known to her that you find her attractive.
/r/seduction12/07/18 01:41 AM
1

I mean, it shouldn't really be that big of a deal. She's hot, and is obviously interested, so just take her out and see what happens.

I feel you. I've been on 3 tinder dates with 3 different girls, and none of them went anywhere. Didn't kiss or anything, pretty much just a platonic conversation. After the third one, which was around 4-5 months ago, I was so discouraged that I pretty much gave up, and haven't really done anything since. Currently trying to work up the balls to ask out a girl that sits beside me in one of my university classes, but we'll see. I'm sure things will improve for you, best of luck bro!

Damn dude, sounds like you're being pretty hard on yourself. Seems like you're doing quite well, much better than me and half of the other people on this subat least. I would just keep it up, keep building experience, keep getting better, and I'm sure your results will continue to come and improve.

I'm an open book. Not saying you're wrong, but if you have any constructive advice on HOW I can go about "growing balls" or anything else that might be helpful to my situation, I'd love to hear it.

Trying to get the balls to do this myself. Any advice? What did you say?

Maybe I don't know shit, but honestly I would just explain your feelings honestly, and if she still gives you shit or doesn't respect you enough to at least acknowledge how you're feeling, then you may need to accept that you guys are or have grown incompatible. Effective communication is the key to any relationship in my opinion, and once you lose that, it might as well be over.

I agree and disagree at the same time. I think a lot of us do have issues with depression and anxiety in which case meditation and self help books could be very useful in turning around and improving that depressed mindset. I can speak from experience and say I'm usually in my best "head space" when I'm doing this. However, I also agree that it usually only feels like I'm covering that "virgin" tag, which keeps me in a loop of low self confidence and negativity, or "hangs over my head" as you sa…

I'm in the same position. Even in friendships I think I come across as weird and needy, driving people away. I think some of it is just learning to be happy with yourself and your own, though it is very difficult dealing with the lonliness.

I tend to get pretty bad oneitis and anxiety when it comes to women. Here's my advice based off of experiences I've had: 1.) chat up other girls on tinder, maybe even try to go on a date with one BEFORE your date with the other girl. 2.) give it a week before seeing her again, DO NOT see her sooner than that. Don't text her too much either. This will give her a chance to miss each other, hence conversation will feel easier when you do meet again. 3.) have your next date in a similar setting to t…

I know this is kind of a tangent, but I used to be a major asshole. I was so desperate for female attention that I basically became "best friends" with a girl I was really attracted to. In turn, I realized how much of an asshole I was and over corrected myself into a feminized nice guy. Well, I realized that being "friends" with this girl was REALLY not good for me psychologically as she didn't want to be with me, so I cut that off, and I'm now realizing how much of a feminized nice guy beta pus…

You're overthinking it, man. Attractive girls on tinder literally have hundreds of men sending them messages per day. I say send her one more, and if she just doesn't respond just leave it at that.

Watch some Corey Wayne man, clingyness kills attraction in women more than anything else. Just ease off and let her come to you.

Thanks for the tips! Very useful stuff! When I have scheduled with her in the past, that is what I did, I've definitly heard from other sources that it turns a girl off when you "ask" what they want to do. It's difficult to not be hard on myself sometimes. After so many rejections without success, you start to wonder what the hell is wrong with you. In fact, I was actuallyworried for a bit after this that I had autism or was on the autism spectrum, that's how shitty I felt. I have another questi…

Yeah, I tend to be pretty clingy, beta, and over emotional, which I think I finally have a hold of from watching Corey's videos, reading this sub, and learning from my failures (or at least being able to effectively hide it and act in a way that attracts). Funny thing is, there have been 3 girls that I've kind of "involved with", though they have all been very differing contexts and situations (one being the most recent one), and it's just crazy as what Corey regarding clingly behavior is pretty…

Just started 3 percent man by Corey Wayne, so hopefully I can pick up some good advice from that. I actually have done that to an extent though. A year ago, I hadn't gone on any dates, hardly even interacted with a girl, while in the past year I've gone on 3 first dates and had an emotionalish affair (that I regret) with a married female coworker. She basically used me as her emotional tampon and it honestly kind of fucked me up, made me stronger though I think. As someone that used to have pret…

I know I sound like a fucking pussy, but honestly when dates and the like go poorly I tend to get depressed and down on myself for a little while. I'm just now getting out of a little slump from the last time I embarrassed myself around a girl, so that makes me nervous as I don't want to go right back into that. At the same time, I know I'm just making excuses and should probably just man up and ask her.

I haven't really done anything with her, or anyone in general for that matter as I'm a 23 year old kissless virgin. That being said, I'm considering asking her out one more time, to get drinks downtown, and then if things go well, invite her to my place. I'm thinking about it, but I'm honestly not sure if I'm in the right head space currently nor if I even want to fuck with it after her ghosting me. It's all just kind of nerve wracking. Not sure what to do.

You're right about that. Maybe me realizing that will help me in the future. I need to play on their emotions, not logic.

Not really. Met her on tinder, went on 1 date which went well, second date was awkward and I didn't really contact her after that until she asked me out that night. I wouldn't have cared if she had just said she was busy or given any BS excuse really, but the fact that she ghosted me after agreeing to hang out the night before makes me not care to text her back honestly. Only way that I would is if she apologized, which isn't going to happen as she's an attractive girl. For clarification, I am p…

You could definitely say I'm new at this as I'm a 23 year old kissless virgin. I'm not being picky, she's quite attractive (probably a 7.5-8), but has ghosted me a couple times now and I just don't really want to deal with that fuckery again. Still haven't answered her. And if she was busy she couldn't have just said that?
/r/seduction06/03/18 11:49 PM

Thank you for the advice. You don't happen to know of an online pdf for "Models", do you? Also, I've kind of been in a long term battle to stop porn, I always end up binging on it after a certain point though. Going to work harder to not watch it though. Regarding point 3, I've tried to focus on my life, but it's hard as I always feel really distracted by my desire for intamacy and sex. I wish I could just turn it off for a while lol.

My social skills improved drastically when I learned that. Even if you have no idea what to talk about, just ask questions. Once she says something else that you can ask about, ask another question. Most people like to tell others about themselves, take advantage of that.

Interestingly enough, I've already made efforts in all of these things, without success, it's one of the reasons I'm here.
