Why do you say that? Nietzsche differentiates masters and slaves. Slaves insulate themselves in ideals of mediocrity and basically find sophisticated reasons to be mediocre, lazy and complacent. The lies they tell themselves are comparable to blue pill philosophy. Religion is a brilliant example. Masters do whatever it takes to succeed, by basing their behaviors and beliefs in rationality and a recognition of the fact that brutal competition pays off.

EQ is a placeholder concept. It isnt real in the objective manner you speak of, because emotions are subjective to a massive extent. However, the book explores the nature of self-awareness, impulse control and empathy. It offers a way to strengthen empathy by teaching you to become observant of social cues such as facial expressions, vocal inflections etc. Essentially, turning you into a mind reader.

Much respect to you sister. I will state that your experience is very similar to what men go through continuously. A sense that they have to maintain their value in order to be loved, If a man enters a relationship with a beautiful woman of, let's say, 24, he must know certain guidelines to keep the relationship afloat lest she leaves him for a genetically/financially superior man. So much for true love. Hence the refutation of it in Red pill philosophy.
