0	What is the End-Game for a Sexual Strategy Arms Race? How does an OODA loop fare against another OODA looper? If both can be fairly well obscure in their intentions such that neither knows what the other intends then the only other thing I can see to modulate is tempo you refer to. Staying ahead of the adversary. I see this touched in here but that seems like a problem since it renders all the other parts of the strategy moot.
