2	Does being fit help a lot? Not only will you seem more attractive to women physically, the confidence boost you gain from being fit is substantial. Physically fit + high confidence will put you in the best position to become that alpha male. Plus, if the situation ever arises in the club that she wants to feel your bicep or abs, she's going to be impressed- thus building that attraction. Flab is not a turn-on for women.
