gj for posting and working towards progress. highly suggest /r/loseit, /r/fitness and couch to 5k. Aquarium business may have to wait but there are plenty of pet businesses you can go for to get your food in the door. you got this man, you can pick yourself up again. oh also search for cooking subs, and youtube. content is everywhere!
