Jesus why are you getting downvoted for this factual statement? Do you guys here really think children can consent to sex? Has no one heard of statutory rape? Or the fact that a child's brain is less developed than that of an adult and may not realize the gravity of the situation until they reach adulthood?

What you're describing has nothing to do with knights or medieval code so yeah that would be a modern interpretation of it.

Or maybe people think of "chivalry" in the modern sense of the word and not by it's original use and context...

Ok, now what if the child was planned and the father decides to back out? There are many factors that can't be proven.

Too bad it happens naturally.. what are you advocating for? Forced abortions? Forced sterilization? These things cannot happen in a free society, your fantasy is just that, a fantasy.

It's never going to be 100% equal. It's unfortunate, but that's biology. Many women in the U.S. don't even have reasonable access to abortion providers, it's not always a choice. It's a divisive issue, I'm not taking sides, but there are factors that by the nature of being human we can't be 100% equal on.

Fine, take my money, but sterilize both parents in the process to restrict the expansion of people who support single parenthood. Um, What. The. Fuck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
