Thanks man I’ll go back to the “create your character page” and recustomize my face.

In general, women find men with good hair more attractive

Downregulates dopamine receptors, especially with porn. Makes it harder to be excited for regular sex.

I don’t think you can just steal money from others through Venmo? This is weird

Top 20% isn’t enough to get women. I’ve been a top 10% in income for age and fitness. This sub doesn’t take looks into account, which is the primary driver for attraction

I think luck has a lot to do with success in various areas. And that luck is your genetic makeup. Anyways, yes, it’s still your responsibility. Nobody else’s

Upvoted for Sinclair Method. As long as you take the pill, it works (for most people). You just don’t get the “good/pleasant” feeling when drinking on it. So you drink less per session. Then eventually you just won’t crave a drink.

So when opening this thread, I expected to see the usual non-informed “HIIT is superior” and “look at marathoner vs sprinter bodies”. I was happily incorrect. Low intensity, longer duration cardio is the way to go (unless you are peaking for a race or event AFTER already building a strong base). Goal is to build an aerobic base, which isn’t done doing a ton of intervals, tabatas, etc.

Dude you just gotta pay the “entrepreneurs in cars” redpill guy thousands of dollars for life consulting. If you can’t make millions like he did you aren’t elite and are just a bluepill whiner. He only wants to be involved with winners /s

Not at all. Much harder. Honestly kind of feels like I was told a lie here. Either way, it’s my responsibility

6 Figs a month early 20’s? That’s not even reasonable for peak career for high performers, as MANY CEO’s don’t make that much. Partners at MBB, top paid surgeons don’t make that. And none of them are early 20’s. Him hanging out with .01%ers for their age won’t help him make more money. But yea 45k is close to median income and not a lot.

I don’t know what you can do with your degrees. But maybe consider a full time mba at instead of LBS? You could pivot into something more lucrative

There can be good money in selling cars. However, I’d say your major and the school you attend have a large impact on the money you can make upon graduation. A lot of people are lucky to make 50k years after graduating. Others make a good amount more than that immediately after graduating
/r/askTRP04/02/21 02:27 AM

I wish I thought this was true. But I don’t. Aside from what others have mentioned, you are underestimating the thirst of dudes for a crumb of sex, affection, and love

Yea kind of. A girl from my friend group when I was a pushover dated me for a couple years a few years later. She’d always say stuff when we dated like “I love how you put me in my place”

Volume and intensity (load) induce hypertrophy. With short rest times, one of the two (or both) are going to suffer

As long as you are in a caloric deficit, and have enough protein to maintain muscle, you will lose fat. Also, 14% body fat is decently lean. Most people underestimate their bf percentage

Interesting. I’ve been on here for years and it tended to mean sexual desirability (“wait til she it’s the wall!”. Maybe it’s changed recently.

Maybe not become a ceo, but the halo effect is real. You mentioned physiognomy. That’s literally assuming personality based on looks. It’s why there are memes about the ugly nerdy guy vs the hot one, and how they can have similar personalities, and be treated completely differently
/r/BlackPillScience23/06/20 05:36 PM

Which literally has nothing to do with my comment. “Assessing a persons personality from their face”. Which is why I’m changing my face.

The idea that women are screwed once they get in their 30’s is pure cope. Take a 60 year old women who isn’t even as hot as her, put her on tinder, and the matches and guys wanting to bang will pile up in an instant
/r/askTRP23/06/20 03:18 PM

I agree. I’d honestly rather not have sex than have sex with a condom
/r/TheRedPill23/06/20 03:12 PM

Idk, it was before I met them. Then they bulked up in college, but were still aerobic monsters. And they still did long runs and low intensity cardio, and it didn’t kill their physiques. Those dudes never got tired
/r/askTRP02/06/20 12:57 AM
1

Lol low intensity cardio has so many benefits that you don’t get from lifting or HIIT. Go for it. Both of my navy seal friends were cardio bunnies/cross country runners before they did other stuff. It helped them overall

/r/BlackPillScience31/05/20 05:36 PM

LISS. Just jogging, making sure my heart rate doesn’t get high. HIIT being better than LISS in every way isn’t true at all. Intervals and more high intensity training is a good way to peak whatever aerobic base you have built from lower intensity cardio. Peter Snell, who won the 800m gold, did a ton of low intensity “base” miles (a hundred a week!) before transitioning to more specific higher intensity runs to build off that base he built. And I hate the whole “sprinter vs marathoner” comparison…
/r/askTRP25/05/20 01:28 PM

I don’t think so and I don’t see it often at all. It’s part of the “men age like wine” cope

So what’s enough money? I’m looksmaxing either way. But right now I’m in the top 17% for my age, and top 28% for all men iregardless of age. Is my income alone (self isolated) enough?

To an extent. It’s not the solution we thought it was, but there is still useful information. People are quickly waking up to how much looks matter.

Then you’d be making more than 90% of 25 year olds in the US, and always be in the top 20% for your age as you got older, assuming income stayed the same
/r/askTRP23/04/20 01:14 AM
4

Depends on cost of living due to location. But 80k is more than 70% of Americans will make in their peak earning years, and 120k is more than 84% of Americans will make in their peak earnings year. If you are 35 and making 100k, you are making more than 85% of 35 year olds

I did 9 days. Drink cold water throughout the day. I broke it with shitty fast food, but I have read that can cause extra high insulin spikes. Apparently you should break it with keto and then slowly reintroduce carbs over weeks.

People who still deny that looks (the face), is of prime importance in attraction
/r/askTRP16/04/20 04:36 AM

Idk what to tell you then. But you need to figure out how to get fin, and how to grow asap. That’s the baseline. If you lose all your hair and don’t grow anymore, you will be much worse off no matter what else you do. Fix those 2 things, as they are time sensitive
/r/askTRP11/04/20 03:34 AM

“Why lift when it’s all about the face?”
/r/askTRP03/04/20 01:51 AM
1

It’s harmful if you just wallow in it. It’s good if it helps you realize your physical faults, and then you take action regarding them. The single most important thing a guy can do to do better with women, is to look better. Some of those guys have made massive improvements to the way they look, and that will probably help more than any game or lifting will do.
/r/askTRP31/03/20 06:49 PM

So many girls are fat now. It’s disgusting. It a a shame guys are as horny as they are, and will bang anything. It inflated their value and makes it seem okay. When in reality, even if a guy is horny enough to bang one of these whales, he would never consider dating her
/r/askTRP26/03/20 12:58 AM
1

The obesity bothers me more than the tattoos. Blows my mind. 90% of women are attractive when they aren’t fat. It’s that simple. But dudes it’s like 90/10. Gotta have a great face, because they women rank dudes so differently
/r/askTRP21/03/20 02:44 AM

Low intensity cardio offers several physiological benefits you can’t get from lifting. Both are important. But keep them separate
/r/askTRP19/03/20 11:58 PM

You’re like top 5% in height in the US. If other guys say they are taller than they are, you could always say “well I’m only 6’, so how are you X’XX”? They will look stupid then for overstating their height if you understate yours.

There is a reason why it’s gotten harder for men to date since the internet and decline in enforced monogamy. You can be a good looking dude making 40k and absolutely kill it with women. Because when societal norms break down, women care about looks a ton. There is a reason they consider the majority of men physically unattractive
/r/askTRP20/12/19 12:07 AM

I don’t think it’s a big deal. Now if you find out she’s a big sloot, maybe she’s not ltr potential. But drunk kissing a girl isn’t that big of a deal. I’d rather that then her getting tag teamed from some guys at the club

Early to mid 20’s. But then again I go against the grain here in regards to men’s SMV. I don’t think prime 20’s girls are super attracted to successful guys in their 30’s or older like it’s made out to be.
/r/askTRP14/11/19 04:11 AM

Keep in mind women are just as bad at judging height as they are at penis size. Partly because men lie, partly because they just suck at judging measurements

Makes sense. Just an anecdote, but I went to college with a very good looking guy who got average grades (with lots of help). He jumped straight into a supervisor position in the electrical utility field with zero experience (after two other engineering jobs in a three year period) (where most people need to be an engineer for a decade), and will be a manager very soon. My current manager who is a workaholic in the industry didn’t get a supervisor position until 38, and a manager position until …

In regards to the aged 26-36 men getting the most messages on tinder... do you think it’s safe to assume, the older guys are just mostly getting messages from older women, instead of women aged, say 18-26?
