I never said it was a crime, because it’s obviously not. I meant to imply that men are more tentative to approach women because false rape accusations occur (at a rate of roughly 2-10%). There is always the concern that when approaching a woman, especially in a bar, there is nothing to stop her from exaggerating or outright lying about what you’ve done. This doesn’t happen often. I’m referring specifically to when you said that men should put up with inequality working against them for a while. Why did you say that? Would you expect women to put up with inequality against them for a while, also? Or are you defending a double standard?
