I'm just removing the financial incentives to screw me over. I'm happy to ensure she is taken care-of, providing the kids are. Excellent response, but also consider that you get to see how she is when things are boring (i.e. lack of constant attention/entertainment), and when things get difficult (delays, getting lost (on purpose!), etc. Such a fantastic idea.
